This self-contained house is in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy driving access to Punta Gorda, I-75 and the airport.
Enjoy the private outside patio area, with bbq for alfresco eatinng. The tiki bar, sunloungers and year round gorgeous hot tub will help to chill you out. The patio is delightfully lit up at night creating a wonderful atmosphere to soak away stress, enjoy the stars and relax.
The extra large 80” Peacock enabled TV will stream your own Netflix, Amazon, Prime or any subscriptions you have by just entering your home password & pin. The bedroom has a black out blind & king sized bed that can be adjusted to suit your personal preference for an excellent nights sleep. In the main open plan area there is a 2 seater settee & a small dining table / work area with on site Wi-Fi. There's a full kitchen should you feel like staying in to enjoy some home cooking. We have a washer and dryer, cleaning supplies including doggy bags :) for your convenience at the apartment. Alternatively pop into Punta Gorda to savour and enjoy a variety of restaurants, pubs and clubs, something for everybody. In the day time there are various marinas offering boating trips and boat slips. Delightful walks like the famous Fisherman's Village to explore and the Peace River wildlife center to name but a few.
