Hey Melanie, Thank you for taking the time to review unit 124, Guppy love. We can't argue about how perfect this location is. It's right on the beach. We provide you standard kitchen utensils, right down to the keyless entry so that you don't have to have any human contact the whole time your here. just you and your group enjoying your vacation, one on one. Warm regards, Shaelyn, Co Host

Dana, thank you for supporting us with a 5-star review of your recent stay in unit 124, Guppy Love! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that you got to enjoy our amazing views, easy beach access, and centralized oceanfront location in Lincoln City. Unfortunately, you are correct that the wonderful beach access comes at the cost of some foot traffic past the first floor rooms. And Guppy Love is especially close to the beach access stairs. Some people feel that being able to step out their backdoor and practically onto the beach is worth it, but others prefer the increased privacy of an upper floor room - and the view is even more breathtaking from the 2nd and 3rd floors. Because we manage over 50 units at Sea Gypsy Rentals, our guests often choose which they prefer when they book. Thank you again for your feedback, we hope you'll consider seeing us again and finding a room that's more to your liking!

Korrie, thank you so much for leaving this 5 star review for unit 124, Guppy Love! We appreciate all feedback. Our location is so nice being that we really are right on the beach. We hope to see you again!

Kristi, thank you for your lovely review! We're glad you enjoyed the convenient location and amenities at Guppy Love, as well as the humor of the heart mirror. We apologize for the dirt on the floor and appreciate your understanding about the sliding door. It's great to hear that Sydney made such a positive impression—she truly is a gem! We're thrilled that you found the beach access perfect and that you recommend staying with us. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Kathi, thank you for taking the time to review your stay in unit 124, Guppy Love! We love hearing that you found this charming condo to be cozy and had everything you needed to cook or make snacks during your stay. This condo certainly is a special unit with a sliding glass door that opens right up to amazing uninterrupted views of the ocean! When you add in our central location, as well as our easy beach access we feel like it is a real gem of Lincoln City! We are sorry to hear that the furnishings within the condo were not to your taste. We will ensure we pass your comments on to the owners so they may consider your experience. Thank you for your feedback feedback and we look forward to hosting your next coastal getaway!

Sandra, We greatly appreciate you reviewing your stay. We are disheartened to hear of your concerns as we work hard to ensure our guests have a worry-free experience, as you shared in your review this was not the case for you and for this we do apologize. When you had called to file the complaint, our office was unfortunately already closed, however we did reach out to you before 10AM the following morning to rectify these concerns. The smell was due to an unreported garbage disposal not working and sadly not in time for the smell to air out of the condo, we are deeply sorry for this. We do have the wifi information located in the booklet specified for the room, we apologize this was not easier to locate, we will make sure this does not happen again. We thank you again for your review as we rely on them to ensure we are doing the best and most that we can. We appreciate your candor and opportunity to improve and we wish you the best in your future travels.

River, I'm so sorry to hear that your stay with us was less than perfect. I do want to remind you that we have staff available to assist you with any issues that may arise during your stay. Had you reached out to us we could have let you know that the sheets for the pullout sofa were located in the entertainment center drawer. We also would have been more than happy to provide you with sugar. We are constantly fighting against sand here at the beach. I am sorry to hear that you found sand throughout the unit. Please know, that if you do decide to give us another try we will always work to make sure you have the most enjoyable vacation possible.

Liz, I am happy to hear that you enjoyed our spectacular location and ocean view. I'm afraid that I would have to disagree with your comments about the unit. These units are privately owned condos, that are rented at almost 100% capacity during the summer season. While there are some wear and tear items that will be addressed as soon as there is some availability, to characterize it as neglect goes too far. We certainly agree that some touch up painting needs to be done in the offseason, as is the case for almost every rental after a busy summer. The screen door needed a simple adjustment, which is a pretty common fix. We would have been happy to take care of this for you while you were here. This is the first negative feedback we've heard about the bed. We'll definitely take a look at it, and make recommendations to the unit owner as necessary. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, and we would have been happy to bring you anything that you felt might be lacking. Again, we agree that we have one of the best locations around, but we fell that your comments about the unit being neglected are inaccurate.

Christopher, thank you so much for your candid review of your recent stay in unit 124, Guppy Love! We're so glad to hear that you found our condo to be clean and comfortable. We think the amazing views and oceanfront location are perfect for relaxing, and we're happy to hear you enjoyed the sound of the waves too. We're sorry to hear that other quests were being disruptive. We understand that it can be frustrating, and our front desk is always happy to tactfully deal with noisy neighbors if they're given the chance. We are also sincerely sorry that we were unable to provide a satisfying resolution to your wifi connectivity problems. Sea Gypsy Rentals is actively in the process of switching to a new, universal Wifi network for all of the units we manage, but unfortunately we're still correcting some of the bugs and discovering weak spots. Our service provider is aware of these issues, and we are eagerly awaiting their support so that we can provide a strong Wifi connection to every guest. We hope that it will be resolved soon. Thank you again for reaching out with your feedback, and we hope that we'll see you again soon!

After all these things are important when you come to the coast! We agree that this condo is pretty charming and having a fully stocked kitchen and being able to prepare meals or snacks at your leisure is very convenient! We are disheartened to hear that the bed and bedding were not to your liking and made your stay not as enjoyable as it could have been. Taking great care of our condos is our highest priority and we will ensure we investigate your feedback. We will also pass this information along to the owners so that they may consider your experience and if they would like to carry out any updates in this area. Thank you again for your candid review. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us as we work hard to improve with every stay. We do manage around 60 other units here that are all furnished and decorated to each owner's individual tastes. We would be happy to help you find a unit that is better suited to your needs on any of your future stays with us!
