This TV and relaxation room is located at the end of the entrance hallway. The room is small but nice. Very cozy for relaxing together after a busy day at the beach or sightseeing. The ceiling fan provides a fresh breeze on warm summer days (no airconditioning).



Kitchen/Dining room:

The kitchen/dining room invites you to socialize and cook and eat together with family and/or friends. The kitchen is flooded with light and very well equipped with cooking utensils and kitchen appliances. There is also air conditioning to keep the temperature comfortable on hot days.



Bedrooms:

Large windows provide plenty of natural light and the pleasant pastel colors, the beautiful parquet flooring, the high stucco ceilings and the cute decoration make the bedrooms really cozy.

- All of our properties are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.

- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).

- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.

- Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)

Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.

We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).

- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.
