Welcome to my apartment!

Modern apartment in the heart of Barcelona, located very close to key city spots and with easy access to different areas depending on your needs.

It is located in the over-attic, easily accessible by elevator.
The apartment is thoughtfully designed with all spaces distributed comfortably. First, you’ll find the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, including an induction stove, fridge, oven, coffee maker, essential utensils and cutlery, washing machine and water heater.

Next, you’ll enter the living-dining area, featuring an extendable table table and a comfortable sofa. Facing the sofa is a SMART TV, and on one side, the access to the first private terrace with stunning city views.

You’ll find the first bedroom with a double queen bed. This room also has his own full bathroom with complimentary amenities for the first days of your stay.

At the end of the hallway you will find another bedroom with a single bed (105m). All beds are provided with fresh linens for immediate use.

If you turn to the right you will find the second bathroom and right next to the bathroom the second double bed with his own private terrace.

The apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Sant Antoni neighbourhood in Barcelona, is a vibrant, culturally rich street that perfectly blends historic roots with modern urban life.

Once part of an industrial zone, this area has transformed into a lively hub of creativity, gastronomy and authentic city energy.

You’ll find a mix of local shops, trendy boutiques, cafés, international restaurants and buzzing bars, making it ideal for both relaxed afternoons and energetic nights.

With its central location and strong identity, the street gives you a genuine Barcelona experience: rich in history, diversity and dynamism.

It combines accessibility to notable landmarks, immersive local culture and urban vibrancy — just steps away you can explore the Rambla del Raval, contemporary art spaces and a mosaic of global culinary options.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Urgell (line 1), is just a 7-minutes walk.

Josep de Tarradellas airport is an 25-minute drive from the property.

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros.

Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
