Great location and cleanliness

It would have been a perfect condo. The only thing we would recommend is updating the mattresses. 4 of us stayed and the mattresses were uncomfortable for all.

For the most part it was as described

Would have been 4stars however, the listing when we booked had pictures of a very nice indoor fitness facility. My wife and I love to work out early every morning!!! Only to find out that our condo onwer doesnt pay the gym membership so we couldnt use. Thats somewhat false advertisement since the beautiful gym was pictured on our listing!!! One would think that anyone could pay an extra fee for gym access for 5 days. NOT THE CASE IN THIS SITUATION. Not enough to ruin our vacation but it is enough that I will not stay there again. Other than that its a nice clean place. The kids enjoyed it. But for me Im a stickler for details and I feel like they got me on this one

Peace

Our room was beautiful. The view was amazing. The balcony was peaceful (if you don’t count the smell of weed coming from someone else’s balcony). The beach was not overcrowded and we went on Memorial Day weekend. I never had to contact the property manager for anything. Everything was in working order except we couldn’t find a remote to the guest bedroom tv and the handles on the drawers kept coming off of the dresser table. Other than that, it was all perfectly stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Beautiful

The location was beautiful and the property was fun. We will be staying here again, again and again. If we could afford it, we would buy a condo there. Will not disappoint. Take your family here if you love the water. Seen many dolphins too.

Great condo, great location, clean and safe

We enjoyed our stay! It was spacious and clean. There was a great view of the water and beach. Communication with the company was easy and positive. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Boardwalk

Nice place to stay. Be prepared to be out by 10. Cleaning folks came in early the place at 9:40! Banged on door and just walked right in. We were enjoying our last morning up to that point. Very disturbing that they walked right in like that. My said "they have too much power." I reminded him thats why you keep the deadbolt locked. However, we had just loaded most of our stuff in the car and was just taking the scenery in one last time. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The master has the most amazing view! We did not use the fold out couch. Living room - Furniture was stained/dirty. Also, looked well used. Paint chipped away on dining table and bar stools. Bare bones kitchen. No blender. No salt and pepper. Under the Boardwalk - Bar by the pool was good. Hot and fresh food. Loved it. Buy the cup to refill. It's worth it. No umbrellas for shade at the bar. Heated pool. Pool security is strict. Make sure you know the rules and follow them precisely. Hot tubs were broken most of the week. Clean public restrooms. Yay! Beach was so close. Very nice. Beach Chair and umbrella rental. $45 (9am to 4pm) Jet skis $80 for 30 minutes. We did not have access to the gym or Sauna. Bummer.

Great Location

Beautiful view. Perfect location on the quiet end of the beach. The only recommendation I would have is to pressure wash the balcony and maybe update balcony furniture. Also, there was a little mold in each bathroom. I would still rate 5 stars and definitely book this condo on future visits.

Wish we would have booked again!

We stayed here last summer and I never got around I don’t think to leaving a review! We loved everything about it. So much room and a beautiful view. As I’m booking my next trip I have found myself looking for a layout and decor like this.

2 Family PCB Trip

Pros: -Location - The condo/resort was situated just outside the extra busy areas of PCB, but was still right in the middle of everything. -Pool/Kiddie Pool - The pool area and kid area was very nice. Our son loved it. -Although the condo was very crowded, there was plenty of room at the pools, beach, and elevators. Cons: -Cleanliness - Immediately upon entering the condo, we noticed that there was sand EVERYWHERE, including the bedrooms. Every time I had to use the restroom during the night (pregnant), I had to dust my feet off before getting back into bed. My sister-in-law was so bothered by it that she covered her bedroom floor in towels to mitigate the issue. We also quickly realized that the floors were also very dirty underneath all the sand. We could get out of the shower, and within 5 minutes, the soles of our feet were black. I had to clean my toddlers feet nonstop while in the condo. -Wear and Tear - Peeling paint on cabinets, hole in light fixture, rip in couch, part of kitchen chair would fall off if you hit it, bathroom light would t work...I placed a call within the initial 3 hour window, and they said they were aware of the issues, but that maintenance hadn't been able to get to them. -Balcony - I might have misunderstood or overlooked that this condo was on the 19th floor, but we were all very uncomfortable/on edge monitoring our toddler with he sliding glass doors. They were very easy to open, and there was also another balcony door in the master bedroom that was left unlocked when we arrived. If you don't have any kids and aren't afraid of heights, this wouldn't be an issue. The pictures online also showed 4 balcony chairs. There were only 3, so we had to pull a kitchen chair out there every night.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and we love the building. It was our third time staying at boardwalk but this was our favorite room so far. Very clean and spacious. More patio furniture would be a plus. The check in process was a little frustrating because it was peak season so check in was at 4 but, could be until 6. We called a few times for estimated check in time because we were traveling with small children. They could never give us a clear answer. We were there at 4 but unable to check in until 6. It just would've been nice to have been updated on that process so we knew what to do in between time.
