Wonderful customer service. We ended up extending our stay and Book that Condo responded swiftly and made our stay that much better. We also had the power go out from a storm that knocked our WiFi out and book that condo was able to get it back up for us the next day. Will definitely be booking future vacations with them!

Was shocked when we went to park I have email saying everything is ready to go and parking pass was in room on the bar but we ended up have to pay 200 something For parking and wrist bands

We apologize that our communication did not make these costs and requirements clear ahead of your arrival. We never want our guests to feel caught off guard by unexpected expenses. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll review our pre-arrival information to make sure the parking and wristband requirements are communicated much more clearly to future guests. This Boardwalk unit had furniture that has seen better days. The mattress on the bed - terrible, the kitchen table and chairs - terrible, the baseboards and paint - terrible. The location of the condo is good. The actual condo building itself was well maintained. Liked the pool and the security. The beach was well maintained, although a bit confused of why all the guest were able to put the beach tents in front of the rented beach chairs. We were told that the beach space is first come/first serve, so best advice is to bring your own chairs and tent and set up in front of paying customers. Well, it is what it is. Second time renting at Boardwalk, the first unit was just as bad as this one. Probably won't make the same mistake again.

The property was clean and inviting. The host was easy to connect with. Check in was earlier than expected. The process of check in and out was so easy. The balcony views were amazing. The amenities at this property were convenient. From the tiki bar/dining, the ice cream shop, and the pool area. The lobby is wonderful for air conditioned socializing. The only complaint I have would be the wait at the elevators, but it was peak season.

We had a great trip and the host made all details of the trip super easy from pre-check in to check out! When we had an issue with our TV in the condo not working, they had maintenance on it immediately and that kind of attention to detail makes a big difference. It was a bit pricey but I also do understand it was peak season and on the 4th of July weekend, just wish this host / owner was one of the One Key participants. Not a complaint or deterrent to the stay or host, the condo and stay was amazing, just a thought that would have made it a touch better. :) If you are thinking about staying here, then this condo and host is worth it!!

Great experience!!

Was really happy with this condo. It satisfied all out our needs! It was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had everything we could’ve needed. The pool was wonderful for our kids. The only thing was check in was a little later than I expected, but wasn’t a huge deal.

Great space and view

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was comfortable and well equipped with everything needed. We love this property. Elevators are great as well as the beach service. Look forward to returning.
