Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you pointing out the smaller maintenance items that need attention. Your comments are helpful, and we’ll be reviewing these areas to identify improvements. We hope everyone had a great time regardless!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you loved the open concept, the decor, and especially the screened-in porch. It's also great to know you appreciated the quiet location in Bethany West. We hope to host you again soon! PENFED REALTY

Hi Jennifer, I am sorry to hear that the kitchen was not stocked as well as you would have liked and that you found the property not clean. We would have remedied that immediately if you notified the office. Regarding the grill, we did send someone out to check it and he reported that the grill did not have a leak and that it was fine. It is a brand new grill. Again sorry you did not find the property up to your standards. I hope we can find you a different property for your next stay. Liz Finn BHHS Gallo

I appreciate your comments and am glad that the house was comfortable for you. The owner is always looking for ways to improve their property and have taken your comments about the odor to heart. They plan on replacing some of the exterior wood over the off season, which they think is where the smell may be coming from. As always, we strive to make your vacation and your accommodations as enjoyable as possible and will continue to do so. We hope to see you again next summer!

Hi Karen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the space, layout, and overall comfort of the home. We’re sorry for the trouble you had reaching someone—our office is open 7 days a week, and we do offer an after-hours emergency line, though the ceiling fan issue may not have qualified as an emergency with the answering service, and we did disable the fan at the earliest possible convenience. Still, we apologize for the inconvenience. As for the cleaning and appliance concerns, we absolutely would have been happy to send the cleaners back or provide a larger toaster if we'd been made aware. Guest comfort is important to us, and your input helps us improve. Thanks again, and we hope to have the chance to host you again. Your rental team at BHHS PenFed Realty

We are so glad you enjoyed your week in this house! The owners really do strive to maintain a clean, comfortable and inviting experience in their beach home. It was good of you to take the time to tell us how much you liked the property. We hope to have you back again next summer!

As rental manager of this property, we are so glad you found the house comfortable and inviting. The owner has just recently replaced the worn out grill. Our cleaners do a great job but do need to be reminded from time to time that outdoor living space and showers are all part of what the house has to offer and need to be cleaned appropriately. We also appreciate the importance of comfortable mattresses and will be passing your suggestion on to the owner. We hope to see you again!

Thanks for the 4 stars! We’re happy you had a great stay and appreciate you choosing our property for your trip. Hope to host you again on your next beach visit.
