Charming ranch style home in midtown, walking distance to a lovely park. The house has two bedrooms, one with a half bath, was built in the 50s and is quiet and charming with a beautiful patio, pond, fireplace and grill outside.

Lovely place

We were in town for a few days visiting family. The property was close to everyone and the house was nice. The back yard was the best as far as I was concerned. There are lots of places to sit and read, drink some coffee. Even though it was 90 plus degrees the back yard is so shady it was still comfortable back there. We had one small issue with check in, and contacted the property manager who was onsite within 10 minutes and took care of the issue.

The place is a little older, it give me a grand parents vibe but over it was good stay. Was able to enjoy the back patio just before it got cold and it was definitely a nice outing

Great stay.

Stay was great. Good location close to many activities in Pensacola. Stephen was great with communication. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay when visiting Pensacola.

Odor&cat..Linen was supplied,but the face towels were stained badly!

There was an odor that was unpleasant !Maybe from the cat that lived on the property!Would have been nice to know before renting instead of after we were there&checked in!Other than tht,the overall stay was ok&peaceful!

Great Location

This home is a 5-minute drive to the Pensacola airport and about 5 minutes to Pensacola Christian College. Downtown Pensacola is less than 10 minutes and Pensacola Beach is 20 minutes. My husband and I flew in for our grandson's graduation and wanted to be intown. Stephen's house was perfect for us. The patio area in the back is wonderful and the home was clean and comfortable. Some of our family had a large home at the beach so we were traveling back and forth often, and the traveling to and from the house was painless. We didn't do any cooking or eating at the house, but it seemed to be stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Stephen was quick to respond to my texts. A comfortable home at a great rental rate. We would definitely stay again if we were in this area!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Stephen was very helpful when needed. The house felt like home away from home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The patio was a delight! I will definitely be seeking Casadatura as my first choice during my next visit. This was my first home rental vs hotel and my experience was beyond my expectations.

Within easy traveling distance of everything we wanted, cozy, comfortable and quiet. This was everything we could have asked for. The kids loved having Parker (the cat outside) hanging out with us in the morning.

My grandmother and I needed a nice place to stay in town and this was perfect. It was clean and relaxing for us. My grandmother really enjoyed the back yard. Thanks for having us.

You will not be disappointed

If you are traveling to Pensacola and need a place to stay, you need to check out this place. the house is very well maintained and cared for. It is clean and I like that,because it is easy to keep clean during your stay. It has a great location easy access to area attractions. Easy drive to Pensacola Christian College and Pensacola Beach. If you are looking for some quiet time the private patio is very relaxing and can give you a time do disconnect from the day to day life. My wife and I highly recommend this home away when traveling to Pensacola. This will be the first home we will check out on our next trip and hope that it is available. Stephen is a great host and a trusted home away from home owner. If you are a first timer this would be a the perfect home for you and if you had a bad experience in your last home away stay. Try this one!!! Thank-you

Nice, central location, close to stores and restaurants and numerous boat ramps.

The driveway is long enough for 17ft boat & crew cab pickup. Clean and well keep interior -- the back yard is awesome - private and peaceful. I look forward to visiting and fishing that area again next year. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Stephen. I appreciate your hospitality
