Ideally located for combining work and leisure, the apartment is next to the Alcazar Palace and the Cathedral with many restaurants, while also offering a 2-minute walk to a major transportation hub (metro, tram, bus) also taxis rank, public parking and wide avenues.

And although in the heart of the city, it is on a quiet pedestrian street, on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a residential building.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Seville! Traveled with kids and the place was perfect for us. Super comfortable, clean, and modern, everything felt brand new and thoughtfully put together. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of the Santa CruzBig shoutout to Alejandro and his wife, they were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really made a difference.We absolutely love Seville and its people, reason why we keep coming back.

Great Stay in Seville

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was in an excellent location in the heart of all the attractions, very clean and very comfortable bed. Great stay in Seville!

The apartment was clean, well maintained, and located very close to restaurants and other attractions such as the Alcazar and the cathedral. It was also very quiet at night, which I greatly appreciated. Our hosts were helpful and responsive, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Sevilla stay

The shower was great…enough hot water and pressure for 5 adults. Heating system was excellent. Would have liked a few more towels and some better linens but that being said the helpfulness, communication and location made up for all of it. The weather was rainy and chilly and a cozy appartment was much appreciated after a long wet day!

Wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful property in an excellent location. The beds were comfortable, the shower pressure and temperature were perfect, and the home was clean and tidy. The communication with Isabel and Alejandro was fast and helpful. We were very impressed over all and would strongly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment.

Absolutely stunning apartment in a fantastic area. Isabelle and her team made our trip a joy from the booking stages all the way through to checking out. José picked us up and offered a great insight to the area. Amazing job all round.

Wonderful Seville

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed apartment which is also perfectly positioned to walk to the Royal Alcazar Palace and Cathedral as well as to a nearby car park. While the apartment has no direct view, from its roof top patio you can see the palace gardens and the Cathedral. Alejandro is a very responsive and friendly host

Superb!

Isabelle's apartment was just perfect for us! We had a lovely warm welcome and she arranged for us to be collected from the train station (and for the driver to carry our cases up to the apartment). Downloading the app for the door entry system was simple and it was great not having to carry keys (although there are keys available). The apartment was super clean and very well appointed and equipped. The sofas and beds were comfy and the shower was excellent. The location was great - minutes from the historical centre of the city, but really quiet. The area was clean and felt totally safe at night. Isabelle herself was very friendly, helpful and communicative, as were her driver Jose Miguel and her local contact Alejandro. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this lovely apartment again!

Perfect

Catedral-Alcazar was a perfect apartment for my two adult children and me. The apartment is clean, updated, well-appointed and with three nice sized bedrooms. The location is excellent, walkable to sites, restaurants and shopping. Isabelle, our host, was very helpful and responsive to communication. Our entire stay was perfect in this comfortable apartment within the beautiful city of Seville. I hope to return.

A lovely long weekend

We were all very pleased with this property. It is spacious and quiet yet so close to the Cathedral and Palace. We walked to lots of lovely restaurants and bars. We were also pleased with the facilities. Four of us found everything we needed and were happy that there were two good bathrooms.

Great Apartment and Stay

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Plenty of room for my 6 family members. Great communication on all ends. Would definitely stay here again. The only con was that you have to carry all your luggage up 2 flights of narrow stairs. Other than that … you’re golden and not a deal breaker.
