花の寝室 - 花のステンドグラスの窓は花の装飾のためのインスピレーションでした。この客室には専用バルコニーが備わり、落ち着いた女性らしい雰囲気があります。この部屋からの景色は素晴らしいです。

オーシャンベッドルーム - 有名な地元のアーティスト、ウタハーゲンが描いた「ジャズミンは嵐の中で待っている」はオーシャンビーチの雰囲気とちょっと風変わりな雰囲気をもたらす特別な絵です。バルコニーからは海とプールエリアを上から直接眺めることができます。

The Amore room - この部屋は他の部屋より少し大きいので、マスタースイートと見なされます。落ち着いた色調と本格的なメキシコの手作りの家具やカーペットが置かれた部屋で穏やかに眠ると、キューピッドがあなたを見守ってくれます。室内にはシーティングエリア付きのビューバルコニーもあります。

Lovely Stay!

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at this lovely villa. The view is incredible, watching fireworks, boats, and whales all from the comfort of our own private pool.The location is a quick 5 minute drive into Old Town, easy to navigate, private / gated parking for our rental, and felt totally secure and safe the entire time.Home was comfortable, clean, and just as listed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely way to end the year!

This spectacular house has it all !!!

This magnificent house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Each bedroom has an ocean view, the pool area looks out over the Bay- we saw whales from the pool! The furnishings are very comfortable and the art is fantastic! There is every amenity you could need. We had the amazing staff cook for us and they were fabulous and very friendly. The owners are very responsive and wonderful. They made great suggestions for restaurants and activities.We will definitely return!

Gorgeous property

We had an amazing time at Villa Jasmine. The property is absolutely beautiful. It is very comfortable and even though we were eight people we didn’t feel crowded at all. Great place to spend a lovely vacation in Puerto Vallarta. Robert and Lisa were very pleasant to deal with and so was Rafael the property manager.

5 Stars is not enough

The architecture, views, artwork, staff and pool are equally amazing. We travelled with 4 couples, everyone with their own master-sized bedroom, private bath and ocean views. The meals were incredible - Adriana and Deniss served up some of the best Mexican dishes we’ve had (don’t miss the bacon-wrapped shrimp or the Mexican Plate), with plenty of fresh guacamole and pico de gallo served poolside. Raf the concierge was helpful and delightful, making everything easy for a stress-free vacation. Incredible Villa - thank you Lisa and Bob for sharing it!

Celebration trip

We were traveling with 3 other couples to celebrate several momentous occasions. Villa Jazmin was perfect. We each had our own suite and none of us felt like we got the short straw! The pool area is big enough to enjoy sun and shade. The view from every spot, inside and out, is spectacular. Adriana and Andrea did a great job of taking care of us. The food was terrific. The Conchas Chinas beach is close but the hill is pretty steep. We ended up walking down and some of us would get a taxi back up. The taxi was cheap at around $3 US. We did Uber and taxi to get around. The prices are comparable. We did the Sammy day to Yelapa and it was a highlight for sure! We got in some great snorkeling on our way there! I will finish by saying that where you stay can make or break a trip and Villa Jazmin made our trip extra special!

View, staff, property - fantastic

The pictures give you an idea but the view everyday is spectacular. We could watch whales from the pool. Adrianna and Andrea made such delicious meals that we didn’t want to eat anywhere else. Book at boat day with Sammy and book a boat day with Vallarta Whales and spend the rest of your time at the house and you have a perfect week in the sun. Thank you to everyone.

Perfection

From the moment we checked in, everything was perfect at Villa Jazmin. The location was close to everything and the house was exactly as it was pictured/advertised. Juan Carlos was a fantastic manager and helped expedite all of our requests while being such a pleasure to deal with. Adriana and her daughter cooked wonderful meals and were so nice. We will definitely be back!

Stunning Sunsets!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the views are spectacular. We loved staying at this home and would love to go back! So relaxing. Lisa (the owner) went above and beyond with answering all of my questions and gave fabulous recommendations. Make sure you book a Sammy Day! Such a nice guy! Go downtown at night and eat at one of the restaurants on the beach. The energy is unmatched. Also get the Uber app. So easy to get a ride anywhere and you know the price. Highly recommend this home. You will not be disappointed! Puerto Vallarta is magical ♥️

Great location, view, pool, and spacious bedrooms. Poor communication and invasion of privacy

I come to Puerto Vallarta every year over memorial day weekend for the last 8+ years and always stay in this neighborhood in a similar villa with similar amenities. This is by far our worst experience with the villa staff and only interaction with an owner. It was clear from day 1 these people were Ill prepared to host a group of adults and certainly not prepared for us to invite any guests over what so ever. The owner (Lisa) and I had email communications where she even threatened "next steps" as if we would be evicted. She continued to ask the house manager and staff how many people were there any given day and was counting us on their camera. Invasion of privacy. Do yourself a favor and enjoy your vacation by booking elsewhere. The food was the worst we've had on any previous trip. The only silver lining is the location, pool, large bedrooms, and the house manager trying to accommodate us as the middle man between the psychopath owners.

This house is amazing. The property is a mere $4.00 ride into town. We mostly enjoyed the house and the pool which both are spectacular. The views from both are amazing. The Best feature was the the staff. I cannot say enough nice things about them. They are priceless!

A week in paradise

Everything about our stay at Villa Jazmin was wonderful! The house is stunning - tucked up in the hillside overlooking the water where we spied whales and a pod of dolphins marking the first day of our trip and setting the tone of the whole week. We were able to bird watch from the pool chairs, had a tequila tasting on the patio, relaxed and read, took taxi/uber to town to enjoy some of the beaches and events. Highly recommend taking a the hosts recommendation for a Sammy boat day - next time we will do it twice and add a early day fishing trip. Read the book Bob and Lisa provide the first day - it was so helpful and resourceful - we should have paid more attention to that on day one. The staff was spectacular - so much food - and all of it absolutely delicious! I want to recreate the red snapper meal - it was amazing. Adriana and Sonia were just wonderful. Cannot express how welcome they made us feel! We will be back - are home now counting down the time when we can soak up the sun on the patio of Villa Jazmin!

Beautiful home with amazing view

The whole experience was incredible. The house, service, attention to detail was perfect. We occupied the entire house. Each day a wonderful breakfast and lunch. Views to die for and beautiful pool. We did not want to leave. Thank you to Bob and Lisa the owners for caring so much to make our stay special. Eric was amazingly helpful and attentive to our requests. Couldn’t ask for anything more from this stay. Thanks Eric!!! House was beautifully cared for by Alma who was so sweet and caring. Thanks to Maria the cook who cooked such amazing dishes with a great smile. We will miss all of you and count the days until we return!!

A very special place!

We stayed here two months. It could almost have not been better. Wonderful spaces, tasteful decor, beautiful property overall, awesome view, totally up-to-date kitchen, which is rare in any but the newest complexes, great owners, great staff, and very fully appointed. Only downside for us was the stairs. Two flights up from the entrance was not bad. But five flights down to go to the beach, with no elevator, was tough on old folks like us. None-the-less, would definitely highly recommend.

Everything was FANTASTIC!!!

This place is just beautiful and the pictures really don't do it justice. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely go back. Lisa was also great and always was prompt to answer any of my questions. Eric was very reliable and so nice getting us to and from the airport. Everything was A++

Come back over and over

Thrilled with this property!! Location was perfect great views and short easy cab into town the furnishings were very tasteful and comfortable. The floor plan made the common living area what we wanted for meals and gatherings but bedrooms/bath private with own door to balcony. Air conditioned was a plus as well as chef appointed kitchen . I would gladly chose to return here over and over again

Beautiful property close to idyllic beaches

This home has a wonderful feel to it and a wow-factor deck. The glass partition between main living area and deck open up fully and you have these wonderful ocean breezes and unobstructed view onto the sea. We saw whales and dolphins right from the deck. The kitchen is fully updated and had everything I needed for cooking. The A/C was also nice, but not needed very often. We went to the beach daily and swam in the water. It was wonderful to have access to the beach umbrellas and towels from the house, as there are no services at the beach. We loved being so close, spending a few hours and then just walking 2 minutes home. The pool on property is also great. Great neighborhood too! So close to old town and so easy to hop on the bus or grab a taxi. Having a nearby restaurant at Hotel Playa Lindo is very convenient too. Have to mention the wonderful service by Eric, the manager, Alma, the housekeeper, and Yenni, the massage therapist. We enjoyed it all. Many thanks to Lisa & Bob for sharing their property!

Excellent

This was the perfect place to stay in PV, just enough out the city to feel secluded but so close with easy access too! Definitely recommend this area over the hotel zone, feels much more authentic with all the conveniences. The people here are awesome, we had the best time. Condo is amazing!

What a beautiful unit and view

All six of us - three generations - agreed that this unit is the best and the view made it even better. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was comfortable. The master bath shower was especially popular with its open air vibe. Only problem was we could not get the English language news channels - probably user error although even the teenagers were stumped. The unit is a bit out of the main town which only added to its charm. Will definitely stay there again if and when in Puerto Vallarta again.

Excellent

The condo is nicely situated in lower Conchas Chinas, an upmarket area. A few stairs to acess a string of lovely safe beaches. Great swimming, frolicking in the surf or beach combing. Beautiful sunsets a quiet pool, no big crowds.There is a little store 5 mins stroll away to pick up any little necessities. Bus line to taxi, outside the door to explore the southern end of PV and fishing villages/water taxis, or a short ride into the old town with all its charm and bustle. The condo is very well appointed with good quality everything. Nothing is shabby. Tastefully decorated, cooled with fans, ocean breeze or AC. It is heavenly. Great kitchen if you like to cook, amazing shower in the master. Bob and Lisa have made this a very welcoming and relaxing experience, we would love to return again and quite honestly we were not ready to leave!! Thank you so much. Peter,Jenni and family.

Fantastic penthouse with fantastic views

This penthouse is truly beautiful with lovely, interesting art throughout. The glass doors open in every room for outdoor indoor living. The furniture is comfortable and attractive. All lighting is adjustable for perfect atmosphere. The kitchen is high end and a pleasure even if you don't want to cook large meals. Taxis and a bus stop are right outside the complex.Lisa and Bob are available by phone for any questions or concerns.Eric the property manager is available for problems or concerns during the stay. Staying in Paradise!

Our family of parents with adult son and daughter in law spent Christmas week at this wonderful home in Conchas Chinas. First, it is exactly as the pictures depict - beautiful! From the moment we arrived at the airport we were met by the house manager who was in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The home was just that - a home. It provided a relaxing retreat and an easy and cheap cab ride to town. We did not use the pool but took morning walks in the beach. We spent many hours just hanging out in the deck. we spent New Years Eve in the condo, cooking dinner and watching the fire works. and don't miss the massage! It was divine. We will be visiting this spot again. Thanks Lisa and Bob for providing such a lovely and caring space in PV.

This is a wonderful condo. The location, owners and property management are top notch.

I've rented in this area before. It's the best area around PV. Great quite beach nearby, 70 pesos into old town in a taxi, 5 pesos for the bus, a 30 minute walk down the beach. The thing I liked most management/owners is they have lists of what you can do. How can you enjoy the wonderful condo and the surrounding area, restaurants, etc., not what not to do. No lists of kitchen plates, cups, etc. to count when you leave. People leave kitchen leftovers, the spice cupboard is stocked for cooks and the appliances are top notch. Everything actually works and its extremely comfortable. It made me feel at home right away. Many thanks to Eric (property manager), Lisa and Bob.

We are retired and live in Snoqualmie WA. Our lives took an unexpected turn when we discovered Puerto Vallarta after a chance home exchange. After spending much more time than we had expected in Puerto Vallarta, we sold our PV condo and moved into the villa and embarked on an major rehab project that took over a year. We are proud of the completed project which included an entire new outdoor kitchen and installation of new pool and roof solar panels as well as many other updates. Our current project is a newly started garden with palapa. We spend our time traveling and enjoying Mexico, United States and Europe. We love to scuba/snorkel and golf, but what we love most is the opportunity to share our home with those who also have the travel bug!

We love this villa because of it’s fabulous location, ocean views and outdoor living space. It is not necessary to cook much here as the proximity to old town just a quick cab ride away, or about a 20 minute walk. Playa Conchas Chinas is directly below the condo and we are close to the south end beach and boat activities. The property appealed to us because it’s very unique features are a one of a kind experience.

Location! Easy access to old town or south end beaches was important to us. We also love the enormous bedrooms where everyone gets a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Our goal was to stay true to the uniqueness of the villa while adding our own spin with cheerful decor and artwork. We want our guests to not only enjoy the amazing views but also feel comfortable and be able to easily enjoy downtown with all its shops and restaurants. Our staff is excellent and care is taken to ensure your stay is wonderful.

While town is very close, you will feel worlds away in your private villa. It is truly the best of all Puerto Vallarta has to offer that not everyone gets to experience.

The terrace has spectacular views of the ocean, Los Arcos, Conchas Chinas beach, along with mountain vistas and the cobble stone streets of Conchas Chinas. Our favorite part of the terrace is the design, which gives you both shade in the breakfast and lounging areas, but full sun in the pool area. With the recent addition of the outdoor bar and kitchen, you’ll spend entire days and evenings just hanging out in the infinity pool with a cocktail in hand. Keep an eye out for the resident parrots, macaws, beautiful blue magpies, and of course the Chachalacas (very chatty some mornings!). You can easily find whales in the season, plus dolphins and leaping manta rays.

A new garden with palapa is in it’s initial stages below the house. It is very unique and includes swinging hammock chairs. Feel free to take the path down and explore the work in progress! There are native flowers and plants along with baby fruit trees including banana, orange, papaya, guava and lime.
