Mitch, the Sea Gypsy was actually built back in the 70's and the owners have done a lot to keep it looking fresh(the paint is less than a year old). Each of our units is privately owned, so I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the decor in yours. Our views never disappoint. Come again soon!
