The apartment is inspected regularly, but we will follow up with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to address the items you mentioned, including the drawers, baseboards, and tile. Regarding accessibility, we understand how important this is, especially when traveling with a stroller. The building’s layout is fixed, but we will make sure this is more clearly communicated so future guests can plan accordingly. As for the early check-in, we apologize for the delay in communication and any confusion caused. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry about the clogged tub, but I was not informed of this issue during your stay. I am getting the bathtub repaired by a professional plumber this week. Regarding the A/C, the thermostat is by the entrance and you can change the temperature or even turn it off if necessary.

I am sorry you had an issue with the elevators upon your departure. There are 4 elevators for the condo and they do run 24h/day. I have checked with the condo and they were all in service so I do not understand why you had to use the stairs but I apologize for the inconvenience.
