Hi Janina, We thank you for choosing to stay with us many times here along 30A! We sincerely apologize that this stay was not up to your usual expectations with us. We did send someone to assist you all with properly pulling out the sofa sleeper, but since it wasn't quite large enough for your grandchildren, she returned with an air mattress to help comfortably accommodate them.
