Perfect spot!

This lovely and very clean apartment was perfect for 5 of us! Absolutely beautiful and location was amazing. We had easy access to a square with early morning Cappuccino and pastries, lots of great restaurants, a full market, and some shopping. Just across the bridge is the entrance to everywhere you may want to go in Venice. Owners are very nice and accommodating as well. Easy walk to water bus going to and from the airport. I would certainly love to stay here again!!

Spectacular!

Best place we stayed on our European adventure. Neighborhood is fantastic, so close to the Vaporetto stop, really comfortable beds, whole house A/C, cute deck. Just wonderful. Would love to stay there again if we are ever in Venice again.

Wonderful apartment

This is a great apartment, in a quiet area yet close to all central attractions. Well‐stocked, all conveniences, very clean and neat. Air-conditioning was a welcome treat in the hot days. Neighborhood is great ‐ restaurants, bakery, supermarket, and a fruit-and-veggies barge (wow!) nearby. Close to vaporetto (public transport) stop. Great ideas for activities from Alessandra. We really enjoyed our stay in Venice, thanks to the wonderful apartment and hosts.

Perfect Townhome for a Venice holiday

The location is perfect. Private quiet alley but close to Campo Saint Barnaba with good restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The vaporetto was also close. The apartment was clean and completely renovated with modern features throughout. The air conditioning worked great which is rare in Italy. We would definitely stay here again. Alessandra met us at the correct time and place and was lovely and helpful.

Great Location, comfortable apt...

There were 6 adults traveling and we found the apartment to be very comfortable and clean. It was off the beaten path a bit, but close to everything we needed! Alessandra and her husband were very accommodating as we arrived late. It was a very pleasurable stay and we hope to return soon!!! Claudio

Stylish apartment in a perfect location!

We were 4 girls sharing this apartment, it's so nice to have your own space while away. All of us loved this apartment and would recommend it to our friends. The decor is clean, modern, spacious, stylish with high spec bathrooms - Alesandra really has excellent taste, like most Italians! Lovely art work on the walls too. The location is away from the crowds but not too far and there are cafe bars and restaurants a minute away. Whether you want a coffee, a late beer or listen to jazz (we didn't go but the Jazz club is a few feet away) it's all on the doorstep. We loved the Bar Artisti Osteria Ai Pugni - great beer, atmosphere and cicchetti and just a walk over the bridge. Alesandra was really helpful and helped with any queries we had. I would strongly recommend it. Downsides? A speaker would have been nice to plug in an ipod or listen to music. But that's all - in Venice you need to be out and about anyway, there's so much to see. Great location and host.

Alessandra is delightful. The apartment is clean and well located. The cookware and knives could be improved. Beds and baths are fine- only issue is that the AC is good in two rooms as long as their doors are closed, but, the other two bedrooms get very very warm. Fans are provided, but, pushing around the warm air does not seem to help. All in all, we would return, especially in fall / winter!

Great stay and wonderful location

What a great place for our large group of 2 families to stay. The 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms made it extremely convenient for us. It has recently been remodeled and was clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful as it is located by a fresh food market and plenty of restaurants. We were right by the gondola's as well. We would definitely stay here again.
