Benefitting from a corner lot, the home boasts a large yard surrounded by citrus trees and native foliage. The park offers endless family fun with amenities including a baseball field, disc golf, walking trails, and children's play equipment.

Wonderful stay

House is beautiful and well kept, lots of space for hanging out or relaxing, my little one went play at the park directly across the street, great location about 20 minutes from the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we would stay here again.

Older Property In Convenient Location

This place worked great for parking my larger boat. In a nice neighborhood, and with comfortable space.

House did not seem professionally cleaned and needed some repairs. Sheets seemed old and worn. Found hair in sheets. Furniture was stained yellow where should be white. Washer made loud noises didnt spin and leaked water all over floor. Reached out to host and yet no one ever came out to fix and then after checkout denied there were any issues. This is the first VRBO that I have had issues and host denied or have not tried to assist. Had to reach out to VRBO help line for help.

Lovely and comfortable. Bed sheets are in terrible condition, clean but worn! No towels in the kitchen. You can buy them at Dollar Tree for 1.50 Previous guests had stolen towels but there was sufficient for bathing. One bath had mold growing in the ceiling fan. Yuk! We were able to use what kitchen supplies were there. Keurig most important! We did have trouble putting the code in the front door but the owner resolved that problem and he was very good in helping with any problems. parking and garage use was excellent. Trash had piled up by a previous guest but we just put the bags in the garage as suggested by the housekeeper.

Has potential

We were a little disappointed with our experience. This property has potential. It needs basic maintenance. Circumstances prior to our check-in may have been a factor in the cleanliness. There were no cleaning supplies. The kitchen was missing items so we were unable to prepare meals.meal

This was a nice getaway for the family. House is an older house but is decorated beautifully. Seemed to be in a safe area across from a park and has close access to anything you may need. The only note I would make for people potentially booking this property is to bring your own toiletries. We have stayed at properties before that supplied absolutely everything so we were not prepared. I realize this is not the home owners responsibility but it is nice to just walk in to a fully furnished bathroom. We also ran out of toilet paper which was slightly inconvenient, however Wal-Mart is close and we stocked up on everything after arriving. One other suggestion would be to post the Wi-Fi password in the home so I didn't have to bother the homeowner. As stated, these are not negatives by any means, just suggestions for a smoother stay. Our family had a great time while in Pensacola!
