This adorable home on the edge of downtown is the perfect spot for family and friends who want to experience all that Pensacola has to offer. This conveniently located home is a short ride to some of Pensacola's best restaurants, shops, and breweries. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, it has plenty of space for the whole family. This beautifully updated home has a spacious living area with a very comfortable sectional pullout couch and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is open to the dining area and updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The fenced in back yard is perfect for hanging out and having an evening cocktail!

We were very comfortable in this home and felt safe in the neighborhood. This truly is a little gem that lives much larger than the square footage would suggest. The neighborhood is cute and well maintained. They had a block party while we were there and included us!

Fantastic

A great house. The response of reaching out to the homeowner was phenomenal would definitely recommend this and we definitely would rent again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay when visiting one of our kids that is currently serving in the Marines.

The house was great - spacious enough for us to have our own space while still enjoying time together. The kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking meals. It was nice to have starter packs of laundry detergent and dish soap for washing dishes. The neighborhood was very nice and close to the NAS, which is why we came - to spend Christmas with my son, who is currently stationed there. The house is within 5 minutes of a Walmart, 20 minutes to area restaurants, and close to the beach. Would stay again if needed. Con - if staying for a week, like we did - make sure to bring or purchase toilet paper, as you only get a starter pack. While there are items to cook/prepare meals, napkins and cooking spray will be needed, as they are not provided.

Perfect little gem

Our family stayed at the little gem for weekend for the blue angel fly over and it was great. Very clean and had everything we needed to make it a home away from home

Spring break

If you are thinking about renting this property, just do it! It was better than the pics. Great location, nice neighborhood and plenty to do nearby. My family and I can’t wait to come back. We will definitely rent this place again!!

Glad we opted for a house vs hotel, the little extra was well worth it. This place was perfect. Close enough to everything pensacola offers. 3 bedrooms, giant tvs, Wifi. A Gorgeous kitchen. Clean! Everything about the place was better than we expected. Safe feeling neighborhood. U wont be disappointed if book ur next stay here. If we are ever in pensacola again, definitely will stay here.

Definitely a Gem!

This place is tucked away in a quiet area, close to many different restaurants and establishments. The interior of the home is spacious and clean. There were complimentary toiletries and necessities that were there for us upon check in that we just found so thoughtful(coffee pods, sink sponge, soaps, lotions, etc.). We will definitely book this location upon our return here and spread the word.

Wonderful Stay

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The owner was excellent. We needed to extend our stay due to southwest cancelling flights and the owner was very understanding and let us extend. I really appreciated this. He was very quick to respond (even on Christmas). It was close to everything we needed and about 10 minutes from NAS. I would stay again and recommend this home.

Quick stay to visit family.!

Pros: This house was adorable! Very large rooms and bathrooms. Perfect location and very easy to get to downtown and beach! Loved the TV's and kitchen area! Neighborhood was very quiet! The beds were very comfy! Cons: As soon as I walked in a bad odor hit me. I am extremely allergic to cats. Now this property does not allow pets and it didn't necessarily smell like an animal had recently been in there, but I have the nose of a bloodhound (unfortunately) and I did struggle with a smell. I didn't address this with owners, and they probably would have tried to help as they were very attentive and kind while booking and checking in! Don't let this keep you from booking this place, b/c it really was a great space!

We found the location to be a short drive to downtown, great restaurants and central to the area we were visiting family in. Very clean, represented well and the bedroom with the single beds in it, sold it for me. Everyone got their own bed by having those singles beds in that bedroom! Will book again when visiting.

Clean and Comfortable

Great stay in Pensacola. Great little neighborhood. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Lots of kitchen utensils already there to cook meals. A little ways from the beach but not too bad of a trip. Thank you!

Pros: quiet neighborhood, full amenities, bright and modern decor Cons: beds are more firm than normal, a couple of hair balls around the kitchen/dining area, and coffee machines could use better cleaning between tenants, location is a bit inconvenient to nearby beaches

Great house, exactly as advertised

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is in a nice, relatively new little neighborhood hidden in a larger residential area. It was 10-15 minutes from a handful of great local seafood markets as well as major grocery stores, and 20-25 minutes from some great beaches. The driveway was large enough for our two vehicles, (full size SUV, full size pickup) and the house itself was fantastic. It's a newer home, and kept extremely clean. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us (4 adults, 2 small children), the kitchen was large enough for meal prep and there is enough seating for 6-8 at the kitchen table with additional space at the kitchen bar immediately next to the table. The bathrooms were clean, had vent fans, and hot water worked very well. There were plenty of kitchen / bathroom supplies on hand. The back patio is small, and it was hot so we didn't go back there, but it was well kept and could be utilized. The small details impress the most, however - every bedside table has multiple USB charging points, and each room has a very large TV with access to just about every major streaming service. The WiFi works fantastically well. As a rental, this house couldn't come more highly recommended.

Spring break fun

We enjoyed our time during our stay from going to the beach during the day and hanging out with family at night to make dinner. The place was very clean and tidy. Nice open kitchen. Beds were comfortable . We enjoyed watching movies in the living room. Overall a very fun stay and would go back .

Wonderful Stay

Very enjoyable stay at the Little Gem. Spacious, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated in a nice neighborhood of cottage style homes. Convenient to downtown access. 2 families, 5 people had plenty of room. Highly recommend & would definitely consider staying at this property again.
