We are a boutique Guest House in the heart of 12 South. We provide complementary local coffee in every suite. Our location is in one of the best neighborhoods in Nashville. You can walk to just about anything you may desire. If you want to just sit, have a drink and people watch, we have a seat for you on our balcony overlooking all of the action on 12th Ave South. Come enjoy!

We are excited for you to stay with us. We are a phone call or text away if you have questions while you are here enjoying Music City.

While you're in our sweet 12 South neighborhood, you have to try Urban Grub. They have all kinds of yummy food and the atmosphere is unique. It is one of the original neighborhood establishments. Edley's has great food, fresh off the smoker, if you are wanting to try Nashville barbecue. We provide coffee but go for a cup of morning Joe on your walk in the district. Visit Frothy Monkey , then get your picture made in front of the world famous “I believe In Nashville “ mural.
You need to have brunch at Josephine's if possible. Cool vibe, wonderful food and cocktails. We have great boutique shopping up and down the street. Most are all locally owned and operated.

You have the condo all to yourself enjoy the comforts of home.

You can walk to most everything. When venturing downtown, you can use the HOP on HOP off Trolly , Uber, Lyft , we also have bus transit.

Please note this building is in the very heart of 12 South in Nashville. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening outside at the time of your trip. This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared interior spaces.
We strive to deliver a wonderful stay and experience on everything we can control within the apartment itself to ensure you have a fabulous time in Nashville!

Right in the middle of 12th

Enjoyed this one very much. Close to Belmont and many restaurants. It also could get noisy if you care about such things, but it didnt bother us. Would go back!

Awesome Property

Great property in a great part of town. The host was absolutely top notch. I’ve never had a host check-in on the renters before but we were taken care of very well by the host. Exceeded every expectation we ever had before.

Excellent location, great property

The location of this property is excellent with it's proximity to shops and restaurants. The property host is polite, detailed and attentive making our check in process, stay and check out process seamless. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Construction is occurring in the area which can be quite loud during the weekday daytime hours; however, it is not a problem during the weekday evenings/nights and weekend. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Needs a maintenance Make-Over

Very good location for this property on 12 South. There is a lot of new construction in neighborhood. (This means noise early in morning and all day long. This is a very crowded area with a lot of vehicle traffic. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Not sure of the age of the condo, but it is "well-used" and needs some TLC. Electronic door lock worked about one of every four tries. We could not get into room at check-in because we couldn't get door to unlock. Called agent and she was there quickly. She could not get it to work at first. She tried for about 10 minutes and it finally opened the door. Lock either needs new batteries or is worn out and buttons do not function properly. It was frustrating to have to enter code several times every time we entered or exited room. Lots of "small" issues inside. Several light bulbs burned out (or not working). Hole in sliding door in bedroom. Front side was patched with what appears to be plumbers putty (patch is still soft and hasn't been painted over.) Holes in bathroom door. Only one towel bar in bathroom and no hooks or rings to hang towels or other items. Shower curtain is about 4 inches too long, so when you are showering, you step on bottom of curtain laying on tub bottom. Entry door and patio door both need trimming or adjusting. Both are hard to open and close. The little things add up.
