Great location easy to go whatever direction we needed, whether it be shops, food or tram stations. Everything the host gave us was easy to understand and if questions came up, the host was quick to respond. It was very nice to have a AC and an elevator to use if needed. Highly recommend this location.

We'll be back

Easy access to the apartment which is well-situated for both sightseeing and transportation and restaurants. Light-filled apartment with everything one needs. We would not hesitate to rent this space again or recommend it to friends/family. For longer term rentals (we were there for 2 weeks) it would have been nice had extra linens and towels been provided.

Clean room in a good location. Loved the terrace and really loved the air conditioning in a heat wave. We had a lot of trouble with getting the key to unlock the door but eventually figured it out as it was after hours for a response from the owner. It is 5 flights of stairs up but the elevator fits 2, maybe 3 people. Host only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 6 night stay, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. Washer is provided with a hanging rack but towels were extra crispy without a dryer or fabric softener. Bring your own toilet paper and laundry detergent. No instructions given on how to use laundry or the shades on windows. Slight learning curve on that but a quick YouTube video helped. Would have loved a book with recommendations on where to eat and things to see in the area. In general, it was a nice place to stay!

Appartement idéalement situé dans le centre de Nice, près de toutes les commodités (notamment les transports), à deux pas du Vieux-Nice (sans les inconvénients de ce dernier, vivant mais bruyant). Points à améliorer : un peu d'épicerie serait la bienvenue (sel, huile, sucre...). Il n'y avait pas de lessive, ni de serviettes de table. Le reste était parfait.

Je recommande!

L'appartement est très bien équipé et tout est en état neuf. L'emplacement est top, on peut tout faire à pied. Les magasins, restaurants, boulangeries et supermarchés sont à côté. L'appartement est aussi bien desservi pour les excursions en dehors de la ville. Le parking souterrain est accessible en quelques minutes. Un luxe au cœur de la ville. La communication avec l'agence était très bonne, j'ai toujours reçu une réponse dans un délai très court. Même les demandes spéciales concernant l'arrivée et le départ n'ont posé aucun problème. L'agence est accessible en quelques minutes à pied. Nous avons beaucoup aimé et nous réserverions l'appartement la prochaine fois. Des petites choses me manquaient : Une deuxième planche pour cuisiner Des taies d'oreiller pour les 2 coussins supplémentaires dans l'armoire Assiettes profondes pour les pâtes.... Saladier en verre ou autre matériau (le plastique n'est pas très beau)
