Enjoy your stay at this lakefront condo! This property is located on Crooked Lake and is centrally located to all attractions of northern Michigan. You will have access to a boat slip (if you plan to bring a boat) and 2 kayaks (upon seasonal availability).

Golf, bike, hike, swim, boat, ski/snowboard, visit vineyards/breweries, restaurants and more! Downtown Petoskey and downtown Harbor Springs 5-10 minute drive.

Winter Activities:
Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands only 5-8 minutes away. Snowmobile trails nearby, ice fishing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and other winter activities are available nearby or on site.

Fall Travelers:
Don't miss out on the fall colors! Only minutes away to the starting point of the historic Tunnel Of Trees. Make a trip to Pond Hill Farms for some cider, pumpkin bowling, or other fall activities. Grab a bite to eat in Good Hart.

Spring and Summer Travelers:
Breathtaking views on Crooked Lake. Don't miss out on a spectacular sunrise and sunset on this property. Spacious bedroom, living room, and kitchen for relaxing or gathering after a full day of activities. Crooked Lake is an all sports lake! Rent or bring a boat (boat slip available if needed) and navigate Crooked Lake, Indian River, and the Chain of lakes. I provide 2 kayaks (upon availability).

On the property, enjoy grilling (gas provided), kayaking, boating (bring or rent your own boat), a fire pit, and relaxing on the beach.

Off the property just across the street, there is an entrance to the Little Traverse Wheelway bike/hiking trail. This is a paved trail that spans miles in different directions with access points to downtown Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Petoskey State Park, Charlevox, Alanson, and more!

Take a joy ride to Petoskey State Park (3 miles away) to enjoy Lake Michigan and sand dunes.

Great location

It was a great location being in between petoskey and harbor springs. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. They had clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, most anything you’d need.

Beautiful property located on Crooked Lake. The condo was spacious with lots of amenities that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Perfect location for visiting Petoskey and a short trip over the bridge. A great condo for family

Our stay

The place was fine… we didn’t love the location off the main road. It was fine for the couple days we were there. Overall it was comfortable. Nothing the owner Greg did… we just didn’t like where it was.

Weekend on Crooked Lake

Great location between Harbor Spring and Petosky. Easy check-in. Very clean rental. Great to have a kayak to use - don't forget to bring your own paddle. Greg was very helpful and receptive to questions. Great sunrises.

Great location

We used Greg’s condo as a great central point that made it easy to hit many of our favorite northern michigan destinations. Good location and well maintained and clean condo.. Greg is a great host and is quick to communicate and offer support.

Nice, peaceful getaway

We have stayed in several units in this complex over the last few years. While the view of the lake is less than that from other units, this one offered more privacy and amenities. In addition, there were screens on most of the windows and a screen door so that we could enjoy the UpNorth air. This unit was spacious, well maintained and provided everything we needed for our stay including cooking basics, a white noise box, and extra toiletries, if needed. The washer and dryer were another plus. We used the provided kayaks one day, rode our bikes on the bike trail a few blocks away, and my husband fished from the dock most days.The complex is a great home base for exploring the surrounding cities, beautiful lakeshores, Tunnel of Trees, and the UP. Owner was attentive and checked in periodically to make sure our needs were met.

Amazing hospitality!

We had a blast at this condo. Perfect distance from Boyne Highlands. We had a blast skiing/snowboarding and then had the luxury of retreating to this cozy condo not far from the resort! Everything was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying over the summer or winters months!

Lakeside retreat

This is a beautiful condo - well stocked, clean and comfortable. There is lots of room at the kitchen table for playing cards and board games. I hope I can return next summer so I can use the kayaks. (The weather was a bit chilly for that!)

I moved to Petoskey in 2019. Within the first year of living here, I quickly discovered there are few places that are comparable to the lifestyle and beauty of northern Michigan. The lifestyle here cannot be described; only experienced.

As a result, I strive to coach visitors on how to enjoy a high-quality experience while having a comfortable stay.

In the summer, I enjoy spending time on my kayak, bike, or on the golf course. In the winter, I can be spotted on the ski slopes. Since I live in the area, I am easy to contact and usually available when needed.

If you do not already have an agenda, I encourage you to ask me for things to do in the area, and I will personally give you a list of many things to do geared towards your interests.

I hope to be your excellent host and that your experience has you wanting to come back.
