NO PETS allowed - if we find in violation of this policy, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged.

ABSOLUTLEYT NO SMOKING inside the house or garage - if we find in violation of this policy, an additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged.

Guest must agree to all house rules by signing an agreement with homeowner prior to check-in. A copy of your driver license must be provided prior to check-in. A list of adults who will be staying and or using property must be provided prior to check-in. If contract is not signed, DL or ID, and list of adults has not been provided, access to the home will NOT be granted and reservation will be canceled with NO refund given.

Owners' boat and RV garage are strictly off limits and not available for guest use. RV garage is monitored by camera.
