This beautiful 1900 square foot 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located in East Hill is the premier location when visiting Pensacola! The home offers a master bedroom with a California King bed with a newly renovated master bathroom, a second room with a full bed and hallway bathroom, plus a fold-down sofa that can sleep an addition 2 people. A full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove will meet all your meal needs. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a full gym rack in the garage! The property is close to several bars, breweries, and restaurants with a 10 minute walk to downtown, a 10 minute drive to the airport, and a 15 minute drive to the world renowned Pensacola Beach.

This East Hill home is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood with plenty of parks, restaurants, bars, and local shops in the vicinity!

Great weekend getaway!

We went to Pensacola for the weekend to watch the Blue Angles. The home was convenient to the beach. Probably a 15 minute drive. Lots of room and very clean. The house has been nicely updated and decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Very clean, modern and comfortable!

The house is very nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. This host thought of everything to make our stay the best. I stay in alot of places and this I would rate at the top. The only thing that would have been any better would have been a patio table and chairs on back patio. I will certainly be looking to book again next time I am working in pensacola area.

Everything was as listed in the description and pictures. Property owner was very responsive (even at 2 am when the smoke/ fire alarms went off for no reason). Will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Best stay for a while.

I won’t even lie, this space is one of the greatest space I have lived in a while. It was really fun spending the weekend there, easy access, clean spaces and I enjoyed the gym and the hot tub too. The internet was smooth and fast, the backyard was a great space. I can’t even say it all, just go see for yourself and testify. Thank you so much Mark for being a great host.

Very nice place close to everything

Very nice place. Modern. Well stocked. Very nice beds. 18 minutes from Pensacola Beach. 9 minutes from Pensacola Christian College. 10 mins from malls and all restaurants. Very clean and easy to get to. Neighborhood is just so so with some homeless not to far away but we had no issues to speak of. The host was amazing and we loved our stay.

Enjoyed the variety of specialty chairs here!

This home has a variety of chairs that were enjoyable to witness - from what appears to be authentic stadium seats to antique chairs.Nothing the owner/host can do about the location, but the house(s) across the street and down the street don't seem to have the same care of ownership as the rental property. Would have enjoyed being able to park in the 2-car garage, but it was being utilized as a personal gym and didn't have room for a vehicle.The water pressure was fantastic in the bath and shower!The kitchen was well-stocked with seasonings and cooking items.

Wish we booked longer

Mark thought of everything all we needed was food and activities for the kids. But the house came equipped with your basic and extra needs etc. (spices for cooking, laundry supplies, dish washing liquid, soap , shampoo &condtioner. Cookware, grill utensils. Dishes and utensils ) The home was neat and felt like home. Love the upgraded kitchen and master bathroom!! Top tier appliances made cooking even more pleasurable! We absolutely love how Publix was literally a block away and the water was sooooo close. We will be booking again Thanks

Great neighborhood.!

This house was fantastic!! The pictures matched the entire house. The neighborhood was very safe and in a great location. My family and I enjoyed the house and the entire stay we’ll definitely rent again.

I’ll be back

This property was beautiful from the floor plan to the landscape. The space in the property was big enough for my family of 6 plus my mom (7 total) to stay there comfortably over the weekend.Mr.Powers was very accommodating and told us to make this place like our own saying anything in the property we can use. It was a great location walking distance from a Publix and less than 20 mins from Pensacola Beach. We will definitely be back .
