Perfect Weekend Getaway

Perfect Getaway

Perfect Getaway!

The studio was perfect for a couples get a way! The shower was super nice, with jets on the wall. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The beach was only a short walk away. The beach was quiet and clean and beautiful! We can't wait to come back!

Clean, quiet efficiency

It was a clean, quiet place to stay-- very close to a clean, ocean side beach. You just can't ask for more! The bed was surprisingly comfortable (better than mine at home) and the efficiency was immaculate.

Excellent stay!!! perfect place!

"THE" most perfect getaway, awesome location for the beach & getting around. Luxurious huge shower, everything is immaculately clean, 5 min stroll from the Gulf of Mexico and one of the most perfect beaches I have seen. This place had everything you could possibly need, the owners have thought of everything and more, they are so friendly and welcoming with a wealth of recommendations for just about anything you could want to do or see. Cannot say enough about this little oasis, but cannot wait to come back!!!!

Perfect beach stay

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and we loved it! Close to the beach, away from all the hustle and bustle of the main hotel area, and the studio itself was perfect for us. It was clean, cheerful, and had everything we needed. Kitchen had a coffee maker, which made my husband very happy. If we come back to the Pensacola area, we will be staying here again.

Comfortable Amazing Stay

The place was so cozy and totally comfortable for 2. I absolutely fell in LOVE with the newly renovated shower. The bed was amazing as well. Vinny was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. He will give the best recommendations on restaurants and fun things to do.

Perfect for a Couple

My wife and I had a fantastic stay in Pensacola Beach. This unit was perfect for us. It was very clean, close to the beach, and had everything we needed. The shower was incredible! Great Place

We stayed here for a friends wedding and spend about half of what we would at the resorts down the street. Cozy little unit just as the pictures show and very clean, perfect for my wife and myself but definitely not for any more than 2 people. Vinny was a great host and very easy to work with, made sure we were all checked in late after a long drive and was available for anything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and cozy

We were in town for a wedding and my photographer friend from the Netherlands came with me. We couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay. Very clean, cozy, quiet and away from the busy traffic of the tourist areas of Pensacola Beach, but close enough to go in just a few minutes. Vinny and Kimmie were delightfully friendly and made our stay worthwhile.

We loved it here. It was even a little bigger than it looked in the pictures. It's only a short walk to the beach. It was very clean when we arrived and Vinny was there to answer all of our questions. Will definitely be staying here again!

Exceeded Expectations; Amazing Place to Stay

Don't get me wrong, the pictures listed are great but they don't do the place justice. We were amazed when we walked in. Perfect place for 1-2 people to stay. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was useful (Vinny also put some goodies in the fridge for us) and the bathroom was large and nice. The whole place was incredibly clean and there's even an outdoor shower underneath the stairs. Plus, the price is VERY reasonable, even when all the hotels are jacking up their prices. I will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Pensacola Beach.

Beautiful Place

My husband and I loved staying at Vinny and Kimmi's place! It was perfect! It was clean, had a gorgeous shower, and a nice place to cook. It was also a quick walk to a quieter part of the beach! The bed was super comfortable too! I loved having chairs, floats, buckets, etc. to bring to the beach to use! They really took care of us! They even had some refreshments waiting for us in the fridge! I can not wait to stay there again!

Very Nice Unit, Extremely Helpful and Responsive Owner and steps to the white gulf sand

The studio unit was perfect for our weekend in Pensacola Beach. Everything was as advertised and the suggestions for dining were great...especially the Native Cafe...we even went back the second morning. All arrangements were seamless and found and got settled in the unit without any problems. The remodeled shower was fantastic. Would return and recommend. Thanks Vinny.

Simply Perfecto!!

A friend and I arrived to stay Memorial Day Weekend in Pensacola and Primarily needed a place to sleep. Well, it turned out to be way more than just a place to sleep. The room was super clean, it was the perfect size for 2 people, and the shower. You just look at the pictures and tell me for yourself about the shower because it was awesome! The Owner was great in regards to providing us with the weekend events, best restaurants, and places to hangout. It was simply perfect in size, cleanliness, cost, and I will be returning in the future.
