It's hard to say enough good things about this rental! The apartment is so beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Nadine and Holly were so communicative and helpful. The only drawbacks, which were far outweighed by the positives, were the location being a bit far from downtown, and also the small shower size. Despite the distance from downtown, the location is a lovely and fairly quiet suburban neighborhood with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options, including a supermarket and Costco. We would absolutely rent this apartment again, and we highly recommend it to others!

Je viens de passer 10 nuits à cet établissement et j'en suis à mon 2ième séjour car j'avais grandement apprécié mon passage de 9 jours à l'automne 2024. La prestation est toujours aussi excellente et je maintiens mon évaluation détaillée faite sur cette plate-forme en 2024. Seule déception: alors que j'étais encore là-bas hier, je m'apprêtais à réserver de nouveau 10 jours pour l'automne 2026 et à l'étape du dépôt, le coût m'a fait reculer. Les hausses de prix d'une année à l'autre sont normales mais rien ne justifie une hausse de tarif de plus de 1000 pour la même durée et la même période un an plus tard. Malgré ma déception, je garderai un bon souvenir de cet endroit.

A hidden gem in Ste Foy

We had a wonderful extended weekend stay at this adorable and spotless one-bedroom apartment in Ste-Foy, Quebec, while celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable visit and was conveniently located just 20 minutes from Quebec City.Although we were a bit disappointed that the hot tub was unavailable during our stay, we still thoroughly enjoyed our time—even with the rainy and cloudy weather. This property is a great, affordable option for anyone looking to enjoy the area while staying just outside the hustle and bustle of Old Quebec. Highly recommended!

Apartment exactly as advertised. It is very clean and quiet in a nice area. The owners are very nice and welcoming and went out of their way to help us out when our stay was extended for a night by a winter storm. We hosted a party with 8 people comfortably seated and standing. We will definitely look at staying here again when we visit. Highly recommended.

Un beau petit condo propre et bien équipé!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour! La propriétaire était très sympathique. Le condo est très joli et il ne manque de rien. De belles petites attentions à notre arrivée! En plus on peut apporter nos petits chiens. À 15 minutes du vieux Québec, et l’accès en bus est très facile.

Cet appartement situé à Ste-Foy au 2ième étage d'une maison privée dans un quartier résidentiel est non seulement au goût du jour mais propre et fonctionnel comme à la maison et conforme aux photos. Chambre confortable avec grand garde-robe, cuisine formidablement bien équipée, coin salon, belle grande salle de bain, balcon avec petite table à manger de jardin pour les beaux jours. Les directives pour le check-in et le check-out sont claires et précises, la personne contact est réactive aux messages qu'on lui envoie, s'il y a un bris quelconque ou un équipement de cuisine manquant à suggérer, les demandes sont réglées avec promptitude. Meilleur rapport qualité-prix avec commerces à proximité. Bravo Bravo!

Relaxing, comfortable, super clean, and gorgeous

This apartment is so marvelously appointed from its full kitchen to the comfortable bedroom, huge bathroom, and relaxing living area. It also has a cute balcony that my husband used for reading while I walked our dog. And thank goodness it had AC because it was unusually hot during our stay. It was easy to access the places we wanted to visit but was in a green neighborhood with little noise. The home owners are on site and the property managers communicate very well. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again.

Pristine condo in ideal setting

Exactly as listed...plus. Lovely comfortable, quiet, very clean condo in pretty neighborhood. 2 minute drive to varied shopping/eating needs. Everything you could need in condo - the unit is in it's own private corner on 2nd floor and has private deck outside the sliding doors. Comfort everywhere, furniture, bed, linens, great bathroom. I checked out the sofa bed if needed for future visits. Not your basic sofa bed. It's very nice/comfy. Lots of windows and cross breeze. AC unit perfect for 90 degrees before June. Host is great communicator before, during and after. Owners live downstairs and were friendly and gracious when we had the chance to meet. Couldn't resist the varied snacks that were waiting on arrival. Thank you! I look forward to my next stay.

Well-equipped condo in convenient location

Nadine’s condo is conveniently located in St. Foy, a suburb of Quebec. Car is handy. There are plenty of stores nearby. The condo is very well-equipped and we appreciated Nadine’s attentiveness with coffee, tea and snacks. We were pleased that we could bring our dog.

Quiet comfortable apartment 10 minutes from old city

This is an excellent 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood, handy to groceries and a great market. The apartment is clean and well furnished, and there is plenty of nearby green space for a dog. There is a fine restaurant, Bistro Cohue, less than 1 km away. Highly recommend this place.
