Wake up to breathtaking ocean views in this beautifully renovated villa, perfect for a romantic getaway. Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex, you're just steps from the beach and a short stroll to restaurants, shops, and live entertainment. Unwind in a luxurious King bed, relax in the stylish living area with a new Queen sleeper, and enjoy a spa-like walk-in shower. Beach chairs and bikes included for the ultimate island retreat! 🌊❤️☀️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Seaside Villas is a gated, oceanfront complex located in walking distance to Coligny Plaza with restaurants, shops, parks and entertainment.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Perfect getaway location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is a great place for a couple to stay. The property is exactly as described and very clean. We have stayed in this owner's properties before and have always enjoyed our stay. We will definitely continue to choose one of his properties for our future trips to Hilton Head. The owner provides very good customer service and his communication is great. Also, the cookies are a nice touch.

I loved the decor of the condo. The new chairs on the porch were comfortable. The special cookies and drinks are always welcoming. The host reached out to me multiple times to make sure everything was as it should be.

This place was great, very clean, everything was up to date with todays times. Very nice shower, comfortable bed and update kitchen. The only draw back was ac did not cool the entire place making the bedroom hot when tryi g to sleep. Wonderful host!

I loved being able to see the ocean from the living area.

I was only able to stay 2 days. This unit is convenient to the beach (easy walk) & to restaurants.

Condo great for short stay. Kitchen is adequate however difficult to prepare a meal. Great location and the beach is fabulous.

Great location on the Beach

great location close to everything, walk onto the beach, ocean view from lanai. Host is readily available and communicates well, offered early entry upon arrival. Unit is small but plenty of room for two adults, only cons is AC doesn't cool the bedroom and provisions were lacking, make sure to bring your own coffee, soap, shampoo, t-paper, etc

Outstanding getaway vacation

Wonderful vacation accommodations from start to finish. Place was exactly the way it was listed. Great close location to beach, pool, restaurants. Kendall was a perfect host providing answers to all our questions and providing recommendations for our stay. Looking forward to our next stay at this location.

Seaside Villa

The condo was great, but a few things could’ve made it outstanding. For the cleaning fee, the room wasn’t as clean as we hoped. The baseboards and drawers were dirty. Also, there was one cabinet in the kitchen that was filthy. On day one we walked barefoot through the condo and our feet turned black. Also, the condos upstairs allowed children to run (more like sprint) back and forth through the halls and rooms 24/7. They would keep us up late and wake us up early shaking the whole floor everyday. The bedding was super comfortable and clean!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic. The apartment was modern and clean. Excellent communication with the host. There were some great suggestions for food, drinks, etc that were given by the host. We used a few of them and really appreciated the tips on the area. We would love to stay here again!

Great oceanfront condo for two in convenient location

My wife and I really enjoyed our 6-night stay on what was our first trip to Hilton Head. This ocean-view condo is small but perfect for two, and was clean and modern, and in a good location near Coligny Plaza. The unit is a short walk to the beach, and plenty of parking was available, even for our pickup truck. The instructions and communication with the owner, Kendall, and overall responsiveness to questions, were absolutely top notch and contributed to our positive experience. We also appreciated the beach gear in the unit (cart, chairs, backpack cooler, etc.), and umbrella & chair rental service is also available at the beach. We would rent this unit again if available.

Excellent place to stay!

We loved this property and how close it is to the beach. The porch has a great view of the ocean and the short, dedicated pathway to the beach makes this a favorite location for us. Wonderful place

This condo is so beautiful! It has a great view of the ocean and an easy walk there. The bed is so comfortable( I always look for this when I look at reviews!) You would not regret staying here, it’s so convenient to shopping, eating, bicycling too. The owners are outstanding to work with. If I could give more stars I would!

Wonderful location

We had an excellent stay in this condo and loved having an ocean view from the balcony! So close to the beach, and we also enjoyed being close to Cologne Plaza for shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend! It was a bit small for 4 people, but fine for just a week. I’m very picky about beds and found the king sized bed to be extremely comfortable!
