Summary:

Unit 205 is a one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront suite. Cook delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen (with full sized appliances!) to enjoy while watching the waves from large windows or the balcony. A King bed in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room provide space for 4. Easy nearby beach access or walk nearby to restaurants or local shops. Finish the day with a swim or soak in the HOA provided/maintained heated pool. Start planning your next vacation today!



The Space:

Unit 205, also known as "Baby Got Humpback", is a one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront suite. Cook delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen (with full sized appliances!) to enjoy while watching the waves from large windows or the balcony. A King bed in the bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room provide space for 4. Easy nearby beach access or walk nearby to restaurants or local shops. Finish the day with a swim or soak in the HOA provided/maintained heated pool. Start planning your next vacation today!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

We loved our stay! The highlight was laying in the Murphy bed and being mesmerized by the waves! They weren’t lying about the view! It’s incredible! The condo was clean and comfortable with all the necessities for our quick getaway. Parking was never a problem and there’s easy access to stairs down to the beach. We would absolutely stay again!

I loved the no contact check in, information was provided well in advance, communication was very good, someone was always onsite if assistance was needed and the condo had plenty of stock in the kitchen. My only con would be more towels, paper towels and garbage bags since we stayed for 4 days.

The view was amazing! Hearing the ocean’s waves and being able to access the beach for walks was so great! Being able to bring our dogs was a plus. The hot tub was broken and the pool was very cold. Outside trash cans were overflowing at times. The trash containers in the pet relief area were very full causing people to leave their pet pop bags on the ground. If you’re a light sleeper the highway noise will bother you but it does get quite around midnight. Overall the accommodations were good for our family and we’d stay again.

Very nice accommodations! Not only were the beds comfortable but we felt relaxed like being in our own place. The place was not only clean but also well maintained. It was nice sitting on the balcony watching the ocean waves.

Cute and clean condo with large balcony right on the beach. Nice toiletries and new beefy towels. Plenty of blankets. Some sheers in the bedroom would be nice for not total blackout. And those club chairs have to go. Also dog receptacles were overflowing with no bags. Could really be first class with foot rinse area and smore kit to-go. Maybe a new go to?

Such a wonderful view. Kitchen was well stocked had pots, pans, spices. Really very nice. Heater in bedroom didn't work but the living room heater kept the place toasty.
