***Pet friendly** Charming rural setting near the famous World Golf Village, with lush foliage, kitchenette, wi-fi, queen size bed, pullout sleeper couches and a rare private enclosed outdoor shower. Our cottage is a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers due to its unique location. Situated between the cities of St.Augustine and Jacksonville ,the cottage is easily located near local attractions such as the ST AUGUSTINE OUTLET MALL & DOWNTOWN ST AUGUSTINE. Also within a short distance are Publix and restaurants ranging from dine in to grab n go fast food. Additionally, the location provides easy one turn, five mile access to i-95for your business or travel needs, we understand the importance of companionship with our animal friends, which is why we are one of a select few listings that allows pets up to 40 lbs. with a one time per pet fee of $30. We may accommodate pets larger than 40 lbs. , please contact us before booking. We thoroughly enjoy providing a unique and memorable experience for you with the cottage .our ongoing philosophy is customer is number one! It was evident that the majority of travelers these days must be dog owners. The sofa was rather pungent with dog odor and the back door was seriously clawed up on the outside. We could not get any hot water from the kitchen or lavatory faucets until our last day. Keeping warm was the worst problem for us as senior citizens. No heat cycle on ac units. The portable heater would barely warm one room, so it had to be moved about. It was just too cold in the bathroom to bathe.

Nice cottage with good amenities

The cottage was very cute with a cute outdoor space. We arrived at night and it was a little scary going through the backyard at night without a lot of light. The home was clean but a little musty. It was a bit of a drive to get places but so charming that we would stay there again.
