Bear Ridge is an elegant two bedroom two bath condo. This condo is decorated with the finest furniture and accessories available. This the perfect condo for a family getaway. The views from Bear Ridge are so amazing that you will not want to leave the balcony! The kitchen counters in this condo have beautiful stone counter tops and are fully stocked with every amenity you can imagine. You will be more than comfortable in this two bedroom condo, each room has it's own personal flat screen tv. The Game Pavillion provides ping pong, corn hole, horse shoes, basketball and a play ground for your family. We are located only 12 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, a short 12-15 minute drive (all paved roads). Bear Ridge provides the best of both worlds for those wanting to see the local attractions of downtown and those who want the true Smoky Mountain experience of a beautiful, mountain setting!

Great place to stay

This was our second stay at this condo. We really enjoy our time there. Very clean and very comfortable. The view is beautiful at all times. The king size bed is very comfortable. We didn’t use the queen. Both bathrooms are very nice with good water pressure. Kitchen is well supplied. We will be returning next year.

Just right for a short stay in the Smokies. Beautiful views from the balcony. Pool was warm and hot tub was nice.

4 night stay

Me and a friend stayed for 4 nights while coming to town for a wedding. It was the perfect place to stay since it was cheap and affordable. Especially since we didn’t spent a whole lot of time actually at the rental. Overall it was nice! Good views and proximity to downtown Gatlinburg

Relaxing retreat!

We had an amazing time, saw some bear, slept beautifully on an incredible bed, had coffee with the best views, relaxed in the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. We hiked in the smokies and hung out in Gatlinburg as well. It was exactly what we needed!

Summer pre back to school father /son vacation.

Had everything we needed. Close to gatlinburgh but far enough out to be a peaceful place to rest between adventures. Had some issues with living rm tv. Not a serious problem for us. 0ver all was just what we needed.

Perfect getaway!

We so enjoyed our stay at this property. The views from the balcony were absolutely gorgeous. The property was very clean and everything that we needed was provided. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was a perfect size. Had everything we needed. Only thing that was a disappointment (out of control of the host) was the community washer and dryers weren’t that great, the pool was a little small for how many people were staying, and the “rec” room area was down for renovations. But the condo itself was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure. It was close enough to in town fun but far enough away where you could enjoy being in the mountains and views thank you for a great experience

GREAT VIEW

Views for miles

It was perfect location for me as it was peaceful and after a long day of hikes I was able to come and relax. Location was perfect as it was away from the city and its chaos which I am not a fan at all. Lots of options to hike nearby and best Zip lining is right down the street which we absolutely loved!!! We will definitely come back here. Also communication with Lori was great and she was very helpful.

As advertised

The condo was just as advertised. Fantastic view. Away from the bustle of town but close enough to the park and whatever we needed. Owner was helpful and had good suggestions for things to do and see. I have never been in a rental condo that was so sparsely stocked with routine supplies such as towels, TP, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, cups and glasses etc. There were some of all of that but not very much. The upholstered furniture was pretty saggy but the beds were good. We visited the pool once but never went back...poorly maintained. Very quiet and lots of parking.

Amazing view!

I can’t say enough about the view of the mountains! Truly breathtaking. The condo is very clean with basic amenities on hand. The check in process was easy and the host went above any beyond with information on the property and surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice view, long drive up and down mtn to town

The scenery was beautiful, However if you want To Do stuff in town the condo sits on the very top of a mountain. It's pretty much a one lane and although we were only 10 miles from town it took 30 minutes to get there.We didn't want to keep coming and going.Because of the drive. the king size bed was terrible.It was so soft.You had to sleep sideways so you didn't fall out of bed. The floors needed to be mopped. Our feet were black so you had to wear slippers or shoes all the time. We purchased food to cook but the only spices were salt and pepper so if you want to cook anything youll have to purchase spices. The enclosed pool was really nice though because the weather was cold so my grandson was still able to swim. The washer and dryers on site were good and not too expensive. the towel rack in the master bathroom is also coming off the wall. There are dressers in the rooms and TVs in all the rooms which was nice. There is a pickleball court that has rackets and a couple balls which was nice and theres a golf course below but idk if we could use it. Overall it was a nice place to stay if you dont mind the drive back and forth up the mountain.

Perfect, quiet spot

Pricey, but extremely nice! The owner answered all questions, quickly and politely! Great view of the mountains! The condo had everything you need for a “glamping” trip!
