This is a spectacular 2 bedroom condo recently remodeled. The condo rests high on the mountain ridge overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains. The panoramic views are unbelievable!!
The condo is conveniently located only 12 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, a short 12-15 minute drive (all paved roads). Lazy Bear provides the best of both worlds for those wanting to see the local attractions of downtown and those who want the true Smoky Mountain experience of a beautiful mountain setting!
If you are looking for a peaceful vacation with all the activities nearby, then this is for you!! Kids won't have to go anywhere with the indoor pool and Game Pavillion. The Pavillion has a ping pong table, corn hole and plenty of room outside to play.

Beautiful view

The condo was very clean and met the needs of our family. The indoor pool was very nice. The view is amazing and the drive was not bad at all. I would stay here again and recommend this property.

Best views at a great price!

We had an amazing stay, from the condo to the views everything was perfect. Not too far into town with a pool and hot tub on site. 100% recommend staying!
