This bright one-bedroom condo sits right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, with an unusual treat for the city: leafy treetop views through big windows, alongside the downtown skyline. It's an easy, comfortable place to land, with an open living area, a full kitchen, and a private balcony to enjoy the green outlook.

Settle in on the sofa by the windows, cook a proper meal in the full kitchen, and get a little work done at the desk. In-suite laundry makes longer stays simple, and a secure parking spot is included, which is a real bonus downtown. There's air conditioning for warm days, central heat when it cools off and a cozy fireplace

Step outside and you're a short walk from English Bay and the seawall, with Davie Street's cafes and restaurants right nearby. Yaletown, Robson Street's shopping, and the SkyTrain are all a quick stroll away, and Stanley Park and the downtown core are within easy reach.

Whether you're here for work, a getaway, or a longer stay, it's a relaxed, stylish home base for two, close to everything Vancouver has to offer. We'd be glad to host you.

Excellent communication with host. Convenient location within walking distance to many tourist areas. If a gym is important to your stay, one is no longer available for use. Overall nice place to stay and I would chose to stay here again in the future.

Great location and centrally located for ease of walking or taking public transit to many attractions. The included parking spot was very convenient too. As a solo traveler, using the parking presented some challenges with the required fob needed to get in/out of the lot and elevator. The bathroom is in need of a little refresh, the bed is very comfortable and the covered deck was great for early morning coffee. Mike, the host, offers to provide recommendations, just reach out to him, and his kind notes in the unit were very helpful. Lots of great places to eat or get coffee really close by too.

Great location, very cute and had everything we needed for a small vacation. Walking distance from all of our plans. A lovely experience with place and owner. As a person who appears younger and has colourful hair, I did receive a couple of judgemental looks from other people in the building, but that is not a reflection on the host.

Perfect relaxing location. Lots of great restaurants in the area but kitchen was stocked with the proper utensils so I could cook my own meals as well Condo was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Vancouver next.

Great Location

Within walking distance of Granville Island and the Waterfront, and easy transit options very close, including easy access from the airport on the Skytrain. The unit is clean and comfortable and host is easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again.
