Nice condo for our family

This was a comfortable and clean condo for our family of 4 for a three-night stay. We have two teenage daughters, so it was nice that they each had a bed and we were just a short walk to the pool. We’d stay here again!

Walk to the pool and an in-law suite!!

We had a great stay. The family enjoyed the pool and went to the beach. The condo is still convenient enough to Wilmington that I went in town for work each day. The kids had an entire space to themselves and we loved the screened in deck.

Rooms were as described. Screened in patio was very nice, neighborhood was quiet. We were 3 altogether and had plenty of space. Sitting area/kitchen clean. Centralized in St. James to easily get around. We had good communication with our host who gave us straightforward instructions to get in when we got there, which made things easy!

St James Condo

Our family thought the condo was very well appointed with all necessities and very clean. The location was so convenient to our home and to beach and grocery stores. We would definitely rent the condo again. I was able to talk with the owner who lives in St James and she was helpful with questions before family arrived.
