The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed with blackout drapes for a restful night’s sleep and a 42” TV for your convenience. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a 25” TV, making it a cozy retreat for your companions.

Christmas week review

Couldn't get the washer to work. The dryer ran, but, didn't warm up. The oven is very, very small. Made it very challenging to cook for 5 during Christmas week. Blind in spare bedroom is broken. "Fitted" bottom sheet in master bedroom comes off every night. Hallway light is out. Need a hook on back of door in the main bathroom. Other than that, we always love coming to One Seagrove for the past 40 years. Will not pick this unit again.

Amazing Views

A short stay over New Years. Our 2 bedroom condo was perfect. The accommodations were comfortable and the condo was clean and in good working order. But the best part was the absolutely beautiful views of sunsets and sunrises. This is perfect for a couple or small family.

The condo was lovely and the staff were exceptional. The beach view was beautiful. The fact that the beach is public and that the public beach chairs filled the front of the beach by 6:30 AM was disappointing. The Redfish rental ran out of umbrellas at 7:30. The lounge chairs and umbrellas that you could have set up are not allowed to open til 8 after the beach was packed.

The condo and complex were lovely. Great views. No wine opener. The beach is beautiful but an absolute nightmare to get a chair. As a public beach the front row was full at 6:30 every morning. You can’t rent beach chairs and umbrellas that the attendant sets up umtil 8. The beach service - redfish- was out of umbrellas at 7:15 and this service requires you to carry and set up your umbrella and chair.

Decent condo

We loved the location to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen however a lot of dirty dishes( ex. Silverware, utensils, plates) and the dishwasher was even dirty where the pods are to be placed. The master bedroom could use some pillow upgrades. Otherwise beautiful stay on the beach.

Love the Beach

The room lacked cleanliness. There was melted chocolate ice cream in the freezer, Bobby pins in master bath floor, which would indicate it hadn’t been cleaned. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced as it rolls to the middle and was a bit lumpy. Nothing you couldn’t get around I put at the night prices….expected better! View and location is perfect! Front Desk employee who checked us in was VERY friendly and accommodating.

One Seagrove Place-Our Favorite

We've been staying at One Seagrove Place for 25+ years and it's still our favorite place on 30A. We've stayed in 502 multiple times, due to the decor, the stocked kitchen, the bathrooms and the rocker on the balcony. The new lobby is beautiful as are all of the updates. We love the pool with a breeze and the convenient access to the beach. Will definitely be back!
