This is a really good location. Just a short walk to dinner at pier park or surrounding areas. Close to grocery and a beautiful view of the beach, pool, and pier. They have fire pits on in the evenings. The room was clean and exactly as listed. I would stay here again and recommend you do also!

Loved our stay! Communication was great with property manager and we paid extra to stay in the garage under the tower. Well worth the convenience! Place was super clean, beds were comfortable, beach was fabulous, and condo stocked well in the kitchen. Close to everything and walking distance to Pier Park! Great location! Condo also had several beach items to use and we evenleft a couple noodles we purchased for future renters. Beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. Will definitely stay here in the future! Thank you for the great stay!!

Definitely a book again property!

We were very pleased with this property. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The check-in and check-out processes were very straightforward, and the property owners were very responsive. I also loved the partnership with Xplorie and Condocierge. Both were great additions to the stay! Already planning dates to book again next year.

Birthday Spring Vacation

The accommodations were top tier and everything would could have asked for. The location was perfect with both the boardwalk, great restaurants and family activities right outside our door step. The view of the beach was amazing while the Tiki bar was just what was needed at the end of the day. Relaxing music and a fire pit to take off the chill. We would definitely utilize this resort again. Thank you for such a great vacation!!

Perfect weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday!

First, let me say that Jenny is amazing! I was able to text her with any concerns and questions before arriving at the Calypso and once we arrived! There were a few very MINOR issues upon arrival including the deadbolt lock and water filter in the fridge but these issues were resolved within 12 hours of arriving and Jenny made sure everything was fixed. Outside of these minor issues, the unit was beautiful and looked exactly like the online pictures. I felt warm and comfortable (despite it being quite cold for Florida) in the unit and it was a perfect choice to celebrate my 40th birthday with my boyfriend and two of my best friends. There was ample space for 4 people and could easily fit up to 8 with the use of the bunk beds and pull out sofa. The best feature is of course the balcony where we could sit and relax with a drink watching both the sun rise and sunset each day. I had never been to the Gulf of Mexico/western Florida before and it did not disappoint. It was quite cold and windy for early December that far south but we will definitely be back when its a bit warmer. We did not rent a car and were able to walk to Fresh Market, Target, Starbucks, etc for anything we needed for the long weekend. It was easy to grab a lyft ride to and from the PCB airport as well. Lots of local shopping and restaurants nearby! Overall, I absolutely LOVED this property and Jenny who was beyond helpful throughout the process. We plan on coming back when its a bit warmer to partake in

Enjoyed 5 days at PCB with family. Only concern was the noise made by the ceiling fan in the main bedroom.

Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was a great size for 5 adults. Wonderful location, walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and fishing pier. The only negative was not enough dish towels in kitchen. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Perfect Condo/Perfect View of PCB

We searched for months to find the perfect condo/view for the 4th of July fireworks for our son to enjoy his special trip. THIS IS IT! The view is AMAZING!! We've never seen fireworks so close and for so long! The condo itself is beautiful and very clean! Communication with Nickey and Jenny was top notch from beginning to end! We enjoyed the beach and chair/umbrella setup each day! The pools are great! And the Tiki Bar for adults is a MUST! They have very friendly staff! The only negative is about the building...it is old, and the elevators are very slow. So, have a lot of patience going to and from rooms or lobby.

Great Stay

Jenny and Nickey have several properties to fit any group of people. We usually stay away from the crowd but this year we decided to stay in the mix. The condo was in perfect walking distance to Pier Park and anything you needed. We never took our car out of the garage. Their place was clean, efficient, nice and very comfortable and cozy! Everything we needed! And the 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas included iced the cake!! I’ll DEFINITELY be using Premium Beach Condos with Jenny and Nickey for my future beach visits!

Spacious condo in the perfect location.

Loved this condo. This was a quick get away fir myself and sister and my triplet 18 year olds. We were able to walk to Pier Park for shopping and eating. The beach was right there with a beautiful view from our balcony. 4 beach chairs were included which was nice to lounge on each day. The property was clean.

Calypso 806 Perfect

We enjoyed our stay at Calypso for the Thunderbeach Bike Rally and didn’t realize we were going to have front row seats for the Guif Coast Salute Airshow as well. It was a great experience from beginning to end. We will definitely book again.

So much to do…so little time…

Everything was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and as pictured. It felt like home to return again. We used several of the free activities this time including Dave and Buster games EVERY DAY, and also tried the Axe throwing. It’s easier than it sounds and so much fun. Next time we want to try the free sail and mini golf. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We left just prior to the storm but saw all the helpful updates on the blog. We’re already planning to return and book directly with Premium Beach Condos.
