Welcome to the gorgeous "Annie Lee" a two bedroom, two bath, beachfront condo in the Pointe West community! Annie Lee features many extra touches that make this vacation residence the perfect place to relax and unwind. Located on the 2nd level you will enjoy the views of the gulf from your private balcony. The views continue inside while enjoying the living & dining areas in this open floor plan condo. A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to be the "Gourmet" while preparing dinner and entertaining family and friends. Our condo is just a short walk to the beach or private Beach Club offering many resort type amenities.

This condo offers: a king bedroom in the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with a full bed and a set of bunks-twin over twin! Sleeps 6 comfortably. 3 High Def Smart TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen, basically everything you need for a great vacation!
A storage locker is provided with this unit.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.

RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase.

The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. For questions about the fee or amenities you may contact the Beach Club at

**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcome before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.
*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones, please!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement. Life Happens; safeguard your investment!

Great stay

Easy stay, well stocked with supplies, close to the ramps and beach club, overall can’t complain with the house. Living room and dining room are a bit small depending on the size of family but we had 5 and had plenty of room, it just wouldn’t work great for having another family over.

Property was easily accessible, clean, grounds were well kept. Quiet. Many electrical outlets in unit were dead, washer had sand in it, dishwasher did not drain sufficiently. Overall a good experience and would definitely come back again, though.

Made a great family vacation!

We loved the property and the condo. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The kids loved the lazy river pool. The property beach section was well mantained. I would stay here again as well as recommend. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Amazing Family Vacation

Took our 4 boys on their first beach trip ages 14-3. The house was perfect! Very clean, great location job, and lots of fun things to do between the beach, pools, and other amenities. Boys have asked to do this every year! The beach was also not super packed and a short distance from the condo.

Good Time at the Beach

This property was exactly as advertised, and the property manager was very available to answer questions. The view of the Gulf is unobstructed, and the beach itself is a very short walk away (less than 100 yards across an elevated wood walkway). My triplet, 10-year-old granddaughters had a great time, and we would definitely rent here again.

Great Galveston experience

This was a wonderful homebase for pur Galveston visit. James was great to work with, and everything was as described. It was about a 30-minute drive from the things we wanted to do "in town," but great views and interesting houses all along the route made the time pass quickly. And between the private beach, pool, and game room in the beach club, we didn't have to leave the property to have fun. We would highly recommend this property (and go get a truly giant pretzel at Doc Holliday's while you're in town).

Great location and view

We stayed here for five weeks with our daughter, who uses a wheelchair. The building has a new elevator, and she was able to use to walk-in shower in the primary bedroom with a bath seat that we brought. This is the center unit in the building (middle floor, middle of row) but it was very quiet -- we couldn't even tell when it was storming outside! Great location with great view of the ocean. This condo has a stacked washer/dryer that worked really well. The property management was very responsive via text to our queries.

We Had A Blast

We had a great time playing with our Grandson's. It was their first time on a beach! The condo was perfect. We loved having separate bedrooms and baths. It was perfect for quiet time. The boys having their own TV was also great. We could put cartoons on and they would eventually fall asleep. Our boys also loved playing on the lawn with other children and the lazy river at the other resort! It was great!

Quick Graduation Get Away

The Annie Lee is a great condo for rest and relaxation. This condo is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. My son needed a couple of days to relax before he starts his new job after college. The location and proximity to the beach was just what the doctor ordered! James was an excellent host and checked on us before, during, and after our travels to ensure we were taken care of. I've rented several condos at Pointe West over the last several years. I've never received that kindness from previous owners. Thank you!

Beautiful place! But very large issue with Mosquitoes

I wish I was given more information and maybe this was an issue because of the hurricane and not a standard occurrence at this location. Mosquitoes were so bad, swarmed! If you stepped outside. We had to run to the beach, literally run. And each of us came home with over 100 bites. NO JOKE.

Perfection at Pointe West

Unit was very clean, cute beach decor, excellent location. Beds cozy, kitchen had everything we needed for all of our meals. Needed a 2/2 for just 2 nights on a holiday weekend, and it hit the mark for my daughter's birthday. Excellent communication with the property manager about a minor issue. We will stay here again! *Elevator was broken after 2nd night, a huge pain to haul everything downstairs when we left. This is not the fault of the property manager. However, we have been staying at Pointe West for years, and it seems that every visit includes a broken elevator situation. Just sayin.

Great getaway

We decided at the last minute that we needed to getaway for the weekend, and the Annie Lee condo was perfect for our last-minute decision. James was friendly and easy to communicate with, and made sure we had what we needed to get in and settled, despite our last-minute request. Everything at the condo was clean and comfortable. The only recommendations I would make for other guests are: bring extra towels and bring your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc). For our family of 5, we ran through towels quickly and had to go out and purchase soap and shampoo since it wasnt available. Not a big deal, just a friendly reminder! Overall, we enjoyed our weekend getaway and visiting the West beaches away from the crazy Spring Break crowds,

Good place to stay if you don't mind 3 flights stairs

Very clean and great views. It has everything you need. The downside is the elevators didn't work the entire week we were there. Appears they are out most of the time, as others have stated. Also disappointed that the Beach Club restaurant was under renovation, so no restaurant/drinks onsite. One of the reasons we booked this was hopefully having the convenience of a restaurant onsite. If you don't mind 3 flights of stairs and the convenience of close places to eat, it is a great place to stay. Thank you.

Perfect family getaway

This is the perfect spot for a family of 4 or 5. The rental was pristine, had everything you could want or need, comfortable, great location, great view, great management. Really couldn’t have asked for more.

Great location

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at the Annie Lee. The condo was well decorated with a very beachy theme and was very clean. The building location was great with an easy walk to both the pool/restaurant and the walkover to the beach. We would highly recommend this condo and the Pointe West resort. The beaches were very clean and never feel crowded.
