Perfect location

We love staying in Old Town and this is the perfect spot. Great pool and hot tub. Walking distance to all our favorite restaurants. And to top it off the condo had everything we could ask for. We will definitely book here again!

Beautiful Condo!

Beautiful condo in a great location! The condo had everything we needed and more. Comfy beds, coffee maker, hair dryer and more. We got to enjoy the pool one day and easily walked to downtown area and restaurants. We really appreciated all the amenities.

A complete package!

The condo was clean, beautiful and spacious and extremely well equipped. There was ample paper goods, kitchen supplies and linens. It is very well located close to Old Town and many restaurants and hot spots yet quiet. Would highly recommend!

Bed was very uncomfortable in room by living room. I have never slept in a bed so hard

Spring Training Week

Check in instructions were great except they stated the clubhouse was closed and Covid warnings. Clubhouse was open. The unit is renovated and is well outfitted with majy toiletries, paper products, spices and pool towels. The bedrooms and bathrooms are both reasonably sized with plenty of closet space with hangars. The second bedroom is on the street side and car noise may bother some. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. Internet is spotty, and the router is located in the second bedroom with advice as to what to try to get it working. Overall, it was a solid place with a couple of issues.

A Real Gem!!

My husband, I, and good friends stayed in this condo for 9 days. It is very close to Old Scottsdale where there are many different eating establishments, bars, and things to do. The condo is in a central location making it easy to get all over the city and outlying attractions. It was clean and well supplied with nice amenities. The only negative I have is that the TV did not have good reception. All channels were fuzzy which did not make for good viewing when we were in for the evening. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Great time at a great place in Scottsdale!

My 3 friends and I just returned from our 3 night trip to Scottsdale. We had a great time and really enjoyed our condo! It was walking distance to everything we wanted and needed in the downtown Scottsdale area, other than the 2 mountains hiked, so we just Ubered to them very inexpensively. The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures posted. Very tastefully decorated and with modern styling. It had everything we needed, other than a hair dryer. I wanted to exercise to an exercise video I had brought from home, but could not (between the 4 of us) figure out how to play the DVD. I'm sure I could have called one of the numbers left for us, but I decided to hit the pool instead, oh darn:) There was dirty silverware in the drawer that we soaked and scraped to get clean. And speaking of clean, we were surprised by our instructions for leaving the condo. We got an email prior to our trip that stated that we were to strip the beds, clean the floors, take out the garbage, put the patio furniture, which was on the patio when we got there, in a closet, etc., etc. We wondered what our $150 cleaning fee actually paid for. My traveling companions, who use VRBO and Air BnB quite often, said that those rules were highly uncommon. We wish we would have known about that before we booked, but we are still glad that we stayed there as it was very nice! We found the condo's info. booklet in the condo and it had a much more realistic list of exit expectations than what was emailed to us, so maybe there was a miscommunication somewhere, but I just want others to know prior to booking about maybe needing some extra time on your day of departure in case you have a plane to catch:) We all really enjoyed the condo and agreed that we could spend a month there! The weather helped too! It truly felt like "home" while we were away from home! Thank you Justin and Nancy for sharing yours with us gals!

We stayed here last year too during the time I play in the MSBL World Series. My Wife and I love the place except for the internet, which is spotty at best. Would love to see you update the modem. We both try to work virtually while there and we get kickoff too often.

The condo was as advertised. Updated, nice amenities. The owner was very responsive when we had some issues with the Wi-Fi (which were resolved). The location was very good. Th condo complex is 50 years old. The pool was closed the day we got there. It was open for four days and then closed for the rest of our stay. We were told it was due to the high volume of use. They drained the pool. This is not the owners fault, but just the reality of a 50 year old complex.

Nice Clean Condo

Overall, a good experience. Nice condo. Good location close to Scottsdale Old Town, a little less that a mile walk. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There were plenty of bathroom amenities including nice towels and separate pool towels. The beds are comfortable. The pool is very nice. We had my wife and myself and 3 college age girls and the pool was perfect for us. However, be aware that if you have noisy young children, this pool has noise rules. The owner of the condo is great and very responsive. My only complaint is the air conditioning. The description of the property says there is air conditioning. Which is technically true. However, the AC is at the mercy of the property's central boiler room. So it is either on for the whole property or off for the whole property. When we were there the heat was on (this can be turned all the way down) and no AC. For the most part, it was fine for when we were there as the nights were pretty cool and there are fans. But for a couple of days, the temperature midweek hit almost 90 and at night the condo was stuffy and warm.

Condo As Advertised

This condo was as advertised. It is located walking distance from Old Town, the Scottsdale entertainment district, and Fashion Square. Therer is a grocery store, a drug store, and restaurants in a nearby strip mall. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable. Parking was easy. I would recommend this unit.
