Was very clean love the fact it was cozy definitely could of used a Hot Tub since there wasnt one! I definitely could see a nice pool in the back yard since it was fenced in. But loved the idea it was easy to clean up after kiddos with us. Loved the idea we was close to the beach just a 11 miles away from Pensacola beach. Neighbor hood kinda off . But would rent again cause it was easy to get to the stores I like to go to we on vacation. Cause they easy to get to with the Florida traffic.

The home was very roomy and liked that it had 4 queen bedrooms as we were all adults. Fairly close to everything in town.

This was the perfect stay for my spring break with some friends! The house setup was great. The living room had plenty of space for all of us to hang out and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Good location from beach, stores, restaurants, etc. The host communicated very quickly. Overall highly recommend!!

We stayed for 6 nights and everyone had their own space which was nice. When it comes to supplies there was the bare minimum for towels, soap, cooking supplies. Wish there was more spices, dish ware and If you want to do a good amount of cooking, make sure to bring or go purchase things you may need or order a lot of take out. The house was clean, amazingly close to downtown and other shopping centers!

This was a very quiet location. The decor was really nice. Everything looked just clean and inviting. The home was also very spacious for my family and I we did not have to run into one another as we were moving back-and-forth throughout the house. The kitchen was well equipped to do cooking. The check-in and checkout procedure was excellent. Did not take a whole lot of time. The host was absolutely wonderful. My granddaughter left her phone at the property accident and he called us immediately to advise us of the fact that there was a phone there and he’s working with us to make sure that we secure it. Overall, I give my stay a 10 out of 10.

It was a perfect stay for the weekend everything was within a good mile radius from the place the back yard was very useful !! Every room I had comfortable vibe to them overall the I would definitely book again Nice spot !!!!

Thanksgiving Stay!

10/10 great stay! A few friends and I stayed here over the holiday weekend and the home was the perfect place to stay! Very cozy and had a great kitchen to cook a great dinner! Would definitely stay here again!

The owner allowed me to check in early since I would be getting there before checkin. My family absolutely love the house as we all had our own space. We were on vacation visiting my son that is stationed in Florida for the Navy. His only request was to have home cooked meals. I was able to do so in a home setting, thank you until next time.

Good stay

The property was very clean upon arrival. Owner was very accommodating to our needs. We needed to check in about an 1.5 hr early in order to get to the wedding we were attending. Only complaint is if you sleep with multiple pillows, I would bring extra.

House is very clean. Fit our needs. Did not have enough dishes to fit the number of guests that can stay. We just got paper and plastic products. Layout is a bit strange but works.

The house had an odor the moment you walked in. The front porch was converted to a laundry room which may be reason for smell The 4th bedroom was a garage and it had odor too. Linens in garage bedroom poor quality. Tableware was enough for 6 which is what we had but it was inconvenient. There was NO wash clothes. Worse part was uneven floor. You walk in living room and a slant. Every threshold was an issue so watch your step. Neighborhood had some boarded up houses. It was very roomy in living room and bedrooms so if you're looking for space this has it. I always pick Premier Host and I thought that meant great property but not in this caseI don't usually write bad reviews on anything but in this case I wish someone would have told of these things

The house was in a okay neighborhood. The house had been remodeled and updated a couple years ago, but there is horrible foundation damage happening. The floors slant one way in living room and go back up in kitchen. The hallway is horrible and flooring is coming apart in numerous areas. The hallway bath and 2 of the bedrooms are leaning. The master bedroom has little air pressure and ceiling fan don't work. Numerous mini blinds broke throughout house, curtains dirty/stained, dishwasher would never lanch, so could never use it and to make things worse the kitchen sink had NO hot water, alond with both showers. The only sink that had hot water was in master bathroom. We were looking for affordable house that wouldn't break the bank, but this house needs fixed before they allow people to spends 230/pn. And we had no contact for the owner and couldn't message them on VRBO

The place was spacious with comfortable beds, not far from grocery stores, gas stations, etc. Every room had a tv which worked well when traveling with 7 kids. If you plan to cook, host provides enough pots, pans and dishware. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

We recently checked out of this property, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing.When we arrived for our early check-in, the house was in an unacceptable condition and had clearly not been cleaned. We then had to leave the property for over three hours while it was cleaned after being told it would only take about an hour.Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. We found dirty pans with dried, crusted-on food put away in the cabinets, there was a strong unpleasant odor coming from underneath the kitchen sink, the shower drain barely worked and left us standing in ankle-deep water, the living room TV constantly glitched and was unusable for our entire stay, and the dishwasher did not work properly.There were also several maintenance and safety concerns. A large staple or nail was sticking out of one of the bedroom doors and cut my young niece. The master bedroom door was already falling apart when we arrived, and several of the kitchen blinds were broken.We brought these concerns to the owner’s attention, but unfortunately none of the issues were addressed or resolved while we were there.

The house was very clean, and in nice kept order. Very spacious, we had enough room for everyone we brought, and no fuss. Any questions I had were answered in a timely, and efficient manner. 10/10 recommend based on our experience.

The host was excellent! The issue was that the previous guests smoked inside of the house! The smell was horrendous! My guests and I could barely breath after spraying the house. We stayed one night and ended up canceling our reservation. The host and owner worked with us. Renters, please abide by the no smoking rules when renting someone’s home!!
