No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony; designated outdoor smoking areas are available
Vehicle Restrictions: Motorcycles, trailers, RVs, campers, and golf carts are not allowed on the property
Prohibited Activities:
No fireworks on or around the property
No hanging towels, clothing, or other items from balconies
No feeding wildlife, birds, or stray animals
Payment Terms: A 25% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Clean & Ready: The property is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each guest’s stay
