Experience West Bay like a local in this fantastic 1-bedroom condo. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, and there's an additional living room with a sofa bed for extra guests. Enjoy amenities like a fitness room, WiFi, and AC during your stay. With 2 bathrooms and a hairdryer provided, you'll have everything you need for a beautiful vacation. Experience the magic of West Bay at our condo.Best shore diving on the island less than 150 yards from complex.Large pool with outdoor lounge with pool table and hot tub.West bay is located at the far end of Seven Mile Beach and about 20 mins from the airport.The area is well served by both high end fine dining and casual beach bars with attractions like the Cayman turtle fam/Hell/dolphin discovery all a short walk from the complex.The complex was finished in 2025 feb and brought a new level of luxury to an all ready popular area.Seven mile beach is closely and a walk to the end of the road brings you to Mollys beach bar located at the far north end of the beach.
the complex is next to the best shore diving on the island and has a resident instructor and Stingray Adventures offers 10% discounts on diving/fishing/private charters to residents.The condo is large and with its sleeper sofa in the lounge has room for 4 guests

The condo was in a great location, less than 15 minute drive to SMB (Governor's beach) and close to a Foster's grocery store. The condo is in a very quiet area and very safe. The pool and hot tub area are great and were never super busy. Communication with the host was easy, all requests were answered in a short timeframe. The view from the balcony over the ocean was amazing and we enjoyed meals on the balcony when it wasn't too windy. Ample parking spaces available. We found the location to be excellent for what we wanted, close to beach but quiet.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Unobstructed oceanfront location. Amazing sunsets each night right off the balcony. New complex and rental unit with a nice pool. A/C worked well as it gets hot on the island. Two great restaurants next door..one formal dinner and one informal bar and grill. Both very popular. The dive shop next door has much used stairs into the ocean which are necessary as it is all rocky ledges around the ocean this area. 7 mile beach is a short drive away and we went to Cemetery Beach a couple of times which is at the closest end. We really liked this end of the island as it was quite and easy to drive. You will be very happy staying here and enjoying the ocean view from the massive patio doors.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO in Grand Cayman—truly a 5-star experience from start to finish!The property was exactly as described (if not better). It was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up so we could just relax and enjoy.The view of the ocean was absolutely breathtaking! Pictures don’t do it justice. Waking up to that turquoise water every day was incredible. One of the best parts was how easy it was to get in the water - The snorkelling and diving were literally just steps from our door as there is a dive shop right next door, which made the whole experience feel effortless and special.Duncan was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and attentive. He even stopped by on our first day to check in and make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. That level of care made a big difference.The location was perfectpeaceful and quiet. The grounds were immaculate, the pool area and hot tub were top notch and very clean and spacious. The gym was an added bonus and perfect for a workout - cardio equipment and weights etc. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Grand Cayman.
