We are a family of five and stayed in the apartment for three nights. Overall it suited our purposes and the price was good with reasonable cleaning fees. It comes stocked with a roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and some small soaps and shampoos to get you started. If you're staying more than a day or two you'll need to supplement with your own supplies.
The master bedroom was nice with an extremely comfortable bed. All three nights we slept wonderfully. The booklet mentions a few tips regarding keeping the place comfortable from an HVAC standpoint - we had no problems in this respect. Days were hot and the apt was cool.
Kitchen counter space is minimal, so if you plan on cooking much more than spaghetti and sauce, you're going to run out of places to put things. Again, it suited our purposes for throwing together a few simple meals.
The couches are showing their age as there is a piece of plywood placed in one to keep you from sinking into it. This same couch has a pull-out bed that we felt was a stretch to call suitable even for kids. The love seat in the other room next to the kitchen also was a pull-out, and in slightly better shape so we ended up putting two of our kids on that one.
There are several washers and dryers available in the basement which is always a nice benefit when on an extended trip. We ended up using a dryer once, but not the washer. I assume you'd have to provide your own detergent as I don't recall seeing any sitting around.
We thought the apartment was overall pretty good for the price. There were a few goldfish under one of the couches when we pulled out the sleeper and the blinds could use a dusting., so cleaning could be a touch more thorough. And as already mentioned, the couches seem to be approaching the end of their lives, particularly when it comes to the beds.
We recommend staying here given the convenient location, particularly so if you don't need any additional bed space beyond the master.
