We sincerely apologize for the unexpected construction-related disruptions during your stay. Shortly before your arrival, the building experienced a major leak, and unfortunately we were not notified until after guests had already checked in. The heaters, tarps, and active work in the common areas were part of the building’s immediate response to mitigate damage and begin repairs. While the work is being actively addressed, we understand how frustrating and inconvenient this was—especially without advance notice. Please note that building-wide construction, including common areas, elevators, and exterior access, is managed by the HOA and outside of our direct control. That said, had we been informed sooner, we absolutely would have communicated this in advance so you could make an informed decision about your stay. We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback, as it helps set clearer expectations for future guests and reinforces the importance of timely communication from all parties involved.
