Amazing location! Room was very clean and well stocked with dishes and beach chairs/towels. Tiki bar on site was a great place to hang out. Will definitely be back!

When we arrived the bath towels smelled like mildew and so did the bathroom. The ceiling above the fan looks like it either hasn’t been cleaned in forever or it’s got black mold growing on it. The mattress is way past replacement time. It has 2 spots on each side that feel like your falling into a cocoon when trying to sleep.

quick anniversary trip

Good morning. The pictures of the property looked nice. The views were amazing.We arrived Tuesday afternoon and were an hour early and were allowed to check into our room early. We were disappointed when we entered the room. The pictures of the room looked nice but the current condition of the room needs attention. We are not sure if there was mold on the ceiling or water stains (several spots). The baseboards in the bathroom were rotting.The whole room needed a fresh coat of paint. The bed was comfortable. The rest of the furniture was not very comfortable. We were supposed to check out this morning but left yesterday morning. If I owned that unit I would not rent it out in that condition.

The views were amazing! As promised! And with its location we could be on the beach without actually having to be on the beach. The hosts were great. If we had questions they were quickly answered I would highly recommend this property to others and we will definitely be staying again!

We had a very good trip. The check in process was easy and the room was very nice. Only complaint was the shower heat would go in and out and a few things could have been wiped down a little more like the ceiling, shower jets, and outdoor furniture was a little dirty. Other than that I was a good experience and nice place to stay. Would stay again.

This property was super nice and accommodating. They allowed us an early check in since our flight was in the morning. The condo is right on the beach with a pool and bar as well. They do provide beach equipment like chairs and an umbrella in the suite which is nice and convenient so you do not have to rent chairs.

Everything we needed!

The studio room was perfect. Everything we needed. Beachfront and perfect views of the gulf from the room. We were in walking distance to Sea Dog Brewing and it was our favorite spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Family visit

The space was just enough for two of us to visit our college son. The views are spectacular and listening to the gulf at night was exceptional. There were always lounge chairs at the pool and it wasn’t too busy at any given time.

Perfect location

The place was nice with a Tiki Bar by the pool. Communication with the owner was very good. He was very quick to respond. I do wish there could be laundry in the room😊. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

We had a great vacation. Everything was clean and usable. The location was great, with views off the deck. The high-top tables were an added feature. We cooked in a few nights, which was very nice. The bed and area were very comfortable. There were great sunsets off the deck every night and dolphins splashing in the morning. The location was perfect, with plenty of parking and Publix down the street. I highly recommend this unit.
