The Space:

This light-filled, classic beach house steps away from the sand includes bead-board ceilings, pine floors, and quartzite countertops. You’ll sleep carefree on new mattresses, fall out of bed onto the beach, shower outside before lunch on the covered deck, grill dinner in the entertainment area under the house, and watch the sunset over the marsh from the front room. You’re bound to enjoy your stay in this stylish retreat! When mealtime comes, prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances!



During your stay, take advantage of the many outdoor activities offered on the island including fishing, surfing, biking, kayaking, boating, and much more. Sign up at the local rental shops for surfing or paddle boarding lessons. Shopping, restaurants, and bars are located on Center Street (just two and a half miles away). A short drive (just under 13 miles) will take you to downtown Charleston, where you can enjoy shopping, fine dining and local historic tours.

We stayed for almost one month, and it was amazing. Everything we needed was available. It was exactly as advertised. We felt right at home and enjoyed living in such a beautiful place while there. We recommend this rental if you are looking for a home away from home, especially if you plan on an extended stay.

The house accommodated us well. It was clean and comfortable and the location was ideal. However, it lacked some essentials for a beach house. We were coming from a distance, so packing things like beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers was not feasible. These things are usually provided in a beach house. In addition there was no Kleenex, very little toilet paper, one partial roll of paper towel and nothing for wrapping sandwiches( plastic wrap, foil etc.)It was annoying to have to track these things down during our precious few days together. I think Casago needs to step up their game!

On check in the code we were given did not work to the door. After multiple calls and different combinations we were finally given the master unlock code to get in. After walking in there was pooling of water from the AC vent in the ceiling in the floor from in front of the steps into the kitchen. The company was notified immediately and we were told someone would come the next day. When we went to shower we thought the showers didn’t work. Turns out you have a pull on the knobs pretty hard to get the water to turn on. Then we found to washer didn’t turn on. The next morning one of my young children slipped and fell on the water that cont to drip and pool in the floor since we arrived. Someone came out &said the leak was “significant” and he cleared sludge and sitting water but it cont to leak. And the vent looked like it had mold growing. We were told a hvac company was needed. Again we reached out with our safety concerns and we were told to “cont to manage the leak” with towels. We used all of the towels we were given to soak up water. I asked for a poss partial refund or change in location due to safety concerns and I never heard back. HVAC company never came. We were only sent instructions on how to clean up before checking out. While the location was nice, having young children and an elderly family member with us the ignored safety issues is concerning.

Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Location was beautiful. Beds were as advertised. Biggest issue was that none of the showers worked at all and they did nothing to attempt to fix them while we are there. And they offered no compensation for their crappy accommodations and just left us to all use the one bath to clean up as best as we could the whole trip. Poor customer service and they need to do a better job making sure things work in the house.

This property is the perfect beachfront home. Spacious, spotless, each of the three bedrooms have private bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom offers the perfect space for privacy if traveling with a group or family. The house is beautifully decorated throughout. We will definitely be returning to this property next year.

Excellent location, home is very clean

Beautiful location right on the beach! We rented a golf cart to get to downtown and loved being in a quiet area. The house was very clean and has a great screened in porch for gathering.

The place was clean and beautifully decorated. Being right on the beach was wonderful. We all enjoyed listening to the waves and beautiful views. We wish there had been a little bit more instructions on how things worked. We did have an issue with a ceiling fan but they took care of it quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

My family absolutely loved our stay here! The home was incredibly clean, and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The house was well stocked, spacious for the 5 of us, and a perfect distance to center street. We already want to come back!
