We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. We loved sitting on the screened porch and taking in the view, and the swinging bed was a perfect spot to curl up with a book. A short drive to the beach and local restaurants. We travel to Folly Beach often to visit family and will most definitely book again!

We’re glad Mariners Cay 40 gave you the comfortable, relaxing setting you needed for your time at Folly Beach. The screened porch and swinging bed make it especially easy to slow down after a day at the beach or visiting family. We appreciate your kind recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back for another enjoyable stay.

We absolutely adored our stay at Mariner’s Cay! From the adorable, quaint, and welcoming touches throughout the home to the incredibly helpful information packet, everything made us feel right at home. The location was absolutely perfect (a 30-second walk to the most spectacular pool - which was so warm and clean!) and just a quick walk over the bridge to the beach. We loved the lovely neighbors and the warm, welcoming community. It truly felt like the perfect getaway! We had a few questions regarding the check-in process, and they were answered and resolved immediately. We also very much appreciated our host’s timely, kind, and incredibly patient responses to all of our questions leading up to the trip.Such a wonderful stay. So, so perfect! We would absolutely love to return and are already planning our trip for next summer. 12/10 recommend!

We love staying here it is our second time. The only thing we wish is that they would update the beds. Maybe a King in the master and also a new bed for the second bedroom. And some new pillows.

When we walked in smell of mold and urine hit you. We discovered the bedspread in master had stains and large urine stain when we turned it over. Sheets were clean, so linens are not truly changed each time. Dirty kitchen, couch was stained and lumpy old fabric. Not at all ideal for public use. Mattresses were horrible with obvious canoe indentions. Upgrade your Mattresses and couches to leather. Under tables were nasty. Reportable to the public health and safety department for preventingdiseases. Owners should be ashamed. No one is ever actually in the casago office at any location. We will not stay at these units again. Gross.

Awesome river view from screened-in porch. So close to Folly Beach, but quieter than across the bridge. All-in-all it was an excellent value!

The porch with intercostal water front view was amazing. We did see porpoise jumping. It was a nice condo with easy drive over last bridge to Folly Beach. I ran by it one morning. I think it was 3/4 mile from door to beach.

Relaxing stay

This condo is a beautiful place for a relaxing vacation. We walked the short trip over the bridge into Folly Beach and enjoyed the beach as well as the bars/restaurants. We also took a short drive into Charleston to experience it for the first time. We also drive to Savannah and Tybee Island for the first time. This condo is centrally located to these two major cities. The back porch was our favorite place to unwind and chat, watch for dolphins, and swing on the porch swing. I would highly recommend this place to enjoy your vacation.

Check-in was smooth and communication was great before, during, and after our stay. The condo itself is bright and cutely decorated, but the star is definitely the huge screened in porch with an amazing swing and peaceful view of the Folly River. We did learn to use a visitor parking spot versus the assigned spot under a tree after the first night and a trip through the car wash. Other than that, our stay was great and we'd recommend!

Perfect spot!

My family gifted me with a few days of rest and relaxation as I am a caregiver for my husband. This lovely place was just what I needed! I spent much of my time on the large screened porch overlooking the river, with the boats moving back and forth on the sparkling water. The place was well stocked, clean, quiet, and I left feeling refreshed and grateful.

Beautiful Views

Relaxing back porch with beautiful views of the inlet waterway where schools of dolphins play, alongside paddleboarders and kayakers enjoying the water. The newly renovated space features a two person swing and comfy rocking chairs, making it a great place to kick back at the end of a day on the beach. The condo was clean and well appointed, although the kitchen could use an update.

The property was great. It was very clean, the kitchen was remodeled and the back porch overlooking the channel was so relaxing. We loved dolphin watching on the big swing. The neighborhood was quiet and has an awesome swimming pool. It is conveniently located to the town of Folly and the beach, and is a short 15 minutes to Charleston. There is something for everyone. The condo definitely needs new mattresses and new pots and skillets for the kitchen. They also would be best to not work with Vacasa. They were an issue. Besides those small glitches, we loved our time there and will definitely return in the future.
