Very cute cottage only a few blocks from the beach and town! Nice outdoor area shared with the other cottages. We loved that it was pet friendly so my friend’s son could visit with his dog.

Excellent stay at this cute & cozy cottage. Our son & his girlfriend live in Charleston. They were able to bring their dog & hang out. We met the owners. Excellent people. This is a must stay. Thank you!!

Location was perfect. We could bike to all the popular spots in Folly Beach. We could walk to the water. Place was adorable and very clean. The only hiccup was that we were provided with the wrong code for entry at check in. When we called guest services were placed on hold for an hour while they attempted to get in contact with the property manager.But the place itself was great.

Do not stay at this property. My best friend and I stayed there for a girls trip and there was a huge issue with the sink. When we first got there the water simply wouldn’t turn on. I was able to fix the handle, but little did I know the next morning the sink handle completely shot off. The water had the pressure of a fire hydrant and hit me in the face. We both had to take turns trying to keep it on, and if we hadn’t the entire unit would’ve flooded. Not only would no one listen to me, they simply told me to calm down. We were able to stop the water luckily. After trying to speak to the host reasonably they ignored us and told us it was a simple maintenance issue. After trying to receive a refund for this horrible three hour experience of trying to save THEIR property, we were told by VRBO that it was a simple leakage and we would not be receiving any refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The place was quaint and clean, but we felt very misled by the management company and photos. The place is advertised showing a full kitchen with a stove-top and oven. There were 3 pots, no pans, no baking sheet, and no oven safe dishes. The stove may as well been a decoration. We reached out and there was nothing to be done apparently. We had to spend more money shopping and eating out due to the lack of tools.When we checked in, we asked about standard checkout of 11AM instead of the early 10AM they had listed. We were told its a possibility, but to ask again once we're on site and they'd let us know. We did that, and were then told we couldn't due to the Holiday weekend. We feel like they tricked us into moving forward with the property rather than being honest up front. These companies treat us like we're just dollar signs, and care nothing about quality experiences. They suck us dry and provide the least.Location was great though.
