The Space:

Welcome to Regency Cabanas H4, a stunning Gulf view townhome located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, FL. This beautifully appointed condo features upscale furnishings, soaring 10-foot ceilings in the living and dining areas, and 9-foot ceilings on the second level, creating an inviting and spacious atmosphere for your beach getaway. Nice and roomy! Walk down to beach not too far. Great communication. If you need groceries, drive to the Publix- reasonably priced. We were there for Bachelorette party.

Wonderful quiet location with super convenient & quick access to beach. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed with our group of 9. Beautiful quiet beach & area yet just a quick ride to shops & restaurants. Only 2 complaints: 1 is Vacasa was slow to provide check in/ check out info, had to request everything so we could plan accordingly. And 2 the property smelled a bit musty…but was super clean upon our arrival. Very minor complaints as we would definitely stay again.

My only real complaint would be about some of the beds. One twin bed was shaky and had a noticeable gap between the bedframe and box spring due to the box spring/mattress being narrower than was meant for the frame, so I was worried the lack of support in the middle might be too much for the box spring. The bunk beds upstairs were also shaky, and I was honestly pretty nervous to use the top bunks. It also appeared that there was some sort of issue with the bottom part of the frame of the bigger bunk bed. Lastly, a family member mentioned that the bed in the bedroom closest to the bunk bed room was uncomfortably firm. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Clean, plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, comfortable seating, lovely balcony, a full variety of kitchen items/utensils for just about anything cooking related, plenty of garage space for parking your vehicle, wonderfully close proximity to the beach, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels (for showering, not beach), a lovely pool just a stone's throw away. Overall, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay, even with the bed issues.
