The Space:

The very best of 30A is all around you at this elegantly furnished condo in the Village of South Walton, including a dedicated beach access point just across the street! Richly furnished with stainless steel appliances, beautiful finishes, and high-quality textiles, this condo offers a relaxing and peaceful escape on Florida's gorgeous Emerald Coast. Enjoy a flatscreen TV in each of the three bedrooms, a polished, open kitchen, and a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee in the sun. On the grounds of the property, you'll also have access to two community pools, a sunbathing deck, and seasonal tram service to the beach.



The Village of South Walton is a charming community that sits just across 30A from a dedicated access point to the white sand of Sunset Beach. In this wonderful spot between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, you'll find an assortment of great shopping and dining establishments on the first floor of the building, as well as countless others in the immediate vicinity. Head a few blocks down 30A to check out the farmers market in Rosemary Beach, or ride your bikes to Alys Beach (half a mile west) and Camp Helen State Park (two miles east).

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

It was and excellent choice for us. It is difficult for a temporary/stay/location to become a home, but this really did feel like a home away from home.

Wonderful Girls Getaway

The home was perfect for the four of us. Everything was within walking distance. The tram was so convenient to get to the beach or lagoon pool. The nightly music in the pavilion was a welcome surprise. Highly recommend The Back Door for breakfast bowls, egg sandwiches & sweets. Great restaurant nearby. Book now so you don’t miss out!

Perfect place for our family in town for a wedding in Rosemary Beach

This 3 bedroom condo was just perfect for our family.; We loved the walkability of the area. We parked our car on Thursday and never got in it again until we left on Sunday. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby with everything we needed. If we return to that area, we would definitely return to this lovely condo!

Family vacation

The condo was very clean and in a great location! Walking distance to the beach and fun nightlife right downstairs for kids. The only negative we had was a bunch of ants for a couple days. I got rid of most and didn’t see much more after that. Overall, it was a great stay!

Less than expected

The property was clean, but it was much smaller than I had expected from the pictures. Also, the kitchen was poorly stocked with dishes, cups, etc.

Rosemary Beach wedding weekend

Beautiful co do in a great location. However with 5 adults and being in a weekend for the weekend we didn’t have time to shop for basic amenities for the condo. We only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We didn’t have time to go shopping for more so we had to borrower something from other wedding guests in other rentals. The kitchen lacked in supplies as well. Otherwise everything was lovely.

Alison, thank you for your visit. We provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. Great location - wish I owned it…..

Condo was really nice. Super clean and updated. Amazing location (for the price). Super convenient to Rosemary Square...right above Starbucks……and close to a quick-shop. Beach is a little work. Really nice that we had access - but a small hike to get there. Tough if you are toting stuff (there is a shuttle we did not use) and very crowded on this Spring Break week. I’d buy one in a second and be super happy with it. The only issue I had was I am a light sleeper - and the street noise exists starting about 6am. It isn’t crazy - but engine noise is real. Overall - i stick with EASY 4-star stay and very possibly 5.

Perfect location for a girls trip

Great property! Went on a 5 day girls trip. The condo was very clean and updated. Had plenty of room, nice balcony. It faces the street but was very quiet. Note that there are not beach towels or chairs to use. We did find a small Styrofoam cooler but looks like someone may have left it there. But there are bath towels, hairdryers, iron and board, washer & dryer. There is an elevator which is nice so you don't have to lug your suitcases up the stairs. close proximity to the pool. You can walk to the beach or take a little shuttle that picks you up by the pool. Beach was perfect. Beautiful. Restaurants are all in walking distance and so good. Highly recommend this place.

Family getaway

We love this area and have tried multiple properties. This complex is very convenient to food and shopping, nestled smack between Alys and Rosemary beaches. I prefer to stay on the beach side of the road. Lugging the beach stuff to the beach and back is a bit of a project with kids, though the shuttle was great. I also like to see the water from my balcony and you really couldn’t do that here. The photos listed show two pools, one beach side, but the beach side pool is not for use for this rental. It’s two pools next to each other at the complex, which were nice and clean. The mattresses were not that comfortable. The bunk beds seem to need tightening because with any movement on top of bottom, the whole bed shook back and forth. It’s a very nice condo. Everything is in great working order. I just wish the beds had been a little more comfortable.

Cool location, poor execution

Overall, very unimpressed. The place was disgusting. All of the dishes had caked-on gunk, the ice dispenser was covered in mold, the dishwasher was backed up and reeked of sour mildew, then leaked the one time we tried running it (so we were forced to hand-wash most of our dishes). There was a used bandaid stuck to the wall. It just gave us the heebies staying here. Additionally, we were told we’d have a certain number of consumables/toiletries. This was a lie, and caused us to make several additional trips to the store to stock up. Lastly, they called a handyman to come fix a few things after we reported several broken items, but did not give us any sort of heads up that he’d be coming at some point. We didn’t hear him knock so I came out of my bedroom to a random man in my home, which was startling to say the least. The condo itself was a cool location and the beds were comfortable. Everything else was a subpar experience at best.

Lack of hospitality

The house was generally good, but some basic things were missing, like coffee and very common items for cooking, such as salt. I’ve stayed in many homes, and all of them were much better equipped than this condo. However, the main reason I wouldn't recommend this place is the lack of hospitality. They didn't care about valuing their guest. A day before check-out, I messaged them asking if we could check out two hours later, with an extra payment, because my daughter was seriously ill and an earlier trip to the airport would have been difficult. Even though the calendar was open and there were no reservations, they refused. After a lot of pleading, they said I could pay for a full day ($350) to stay two extra hours. I had never stayed in a place like this before and had never encountered such bad and disrespectful behavior.
