The Space:

Capistrano 303 Boasting a bright and open living space with vaulted ceilings, gorgeous floors, and views of the gulf right from the living room and private balcony, this home is the perfect combination of comfort and beachfront convenience!



When you're not out enjoying the crystal gulf waters just beyond the home, kick back in the luxurious living room furniture to enjoy a favorite novel or a movie on the TV. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample countertop space, and a center prep island with two barstools. Prepare a delicious meal, then serve guests at the attractive dining table, or take your plates out to the balcony for an alfresco experience in the salty sea air.



When it's time to wrap up an evening, the bedrooms and the loft will comfortably accommodate everyone. Each room has a TV, and the primary bedroom has an en suite bath. Use the private washer/dryer to knock out everyone's beachy clothes while using free WiFi to research a new outdoor adventure. The ceiling fans will ensure everything stays nice and cool on those hot summer days.

Excellent location and beautiful views. Beach was clean and beautiful with an easy short walk from condo. This property is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. But view made up for the intense walk up 3 flights of stairs with heavy luggage, we will stay again!

Wonderful property. Gulf views were amazing and beaches were quiet in comparison to Seacrest and Rosemary.Well kept condo with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet unit away from the crowds.

Great location with a gorgeous view and easy beach access. The condo is spacious and centrally located to many great restaurants. The memory foam mattress in the master bedroom is heavenly! Love this property and will definitely book it again!

Great location and property

This property is located in a great location with easy beach access. The beach was never crowded. It was very easy to ride bikes to the neighboring areas to site see and eat. The condo has been updated nicely and accommodated out group of 6 perfectly. Great air conditioning also.

Amazing Views

The property was clean and had amazing views. The beds were comfortable and the place was very cute. However, we wish they would have provided coffee for the coffee pot and there was no garbage bags in the trash cans and we couldn’t find any in the house. Other than those minor items, we loved our stay!

Nice condo

Condo was as described. Beautiful view and updated home. No elevator to building and unit is on the third floor. Lots of stairs. Furnishings were nice and comfortable. Would recommend more utensils in kitchen. Wonderful stay - would book again.

Great spot on the beach - 2nd floor condo

Great stay! Everything was wonderful. A couple things to note. Unit is on Level 2 (Ground Level, Level 1, Level 2), so be ready to climb a couple flights of stairs. House was spotless, with most of the amenities you would need, especially for a Thursday through Sunday trip. Hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. Publix is super close and easy access to the beach. A couple things to note: no beach towels, no salt and pepper or other basic kitchen amenities besides starter kit of paper towels, 1-2 dishwasher detergent and plenty of supplies to cook. Would definitely stay again, though as our parents get older, we may search for something on the ground floor. Thank you for the hospitality :)

Beautiful place and great location

We loved the place and location! Perfect size for our group of 7 that included an infant and a toddler. We only received a small starter pack of supplies, like paper towels, dishwasher soap, trash bags, laundry soap, etc and we were short on paper towels and trash bags from the start. With 7 people, one being an infant in diapers, we ran out quickly. I called for more paper towels and trash bags and was told they did not deliver supplies but the office would be open until 5. I was babysitting and could not leave the condo, so we missed out. There were no staples at all in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper. So absolutely everything you need you must bring for yourself. We were happy to find an outside closet full of beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella.

Beautiful apartment

The location is great! Beach is beautiful. The “3rd bedroom “ is a loft NOT a room. The apartment could use some tLC We had 2 issues 30 min before we checked in they told us they were having trouble with the internet. They made us truly to fix it for 2 days then never sent anyone out despite repeated promises The refrigerator did not cool properly we informed them day one. Day 4 they told us someone would be there to fix it. No one showed up. Day 5 still not fixed. They were unwilling to help and basically blew us off for the entire stay I’ve have never had issues like this before. Beware if you need help. No help is coming “too busy”. “We will be back to you”
