While the building management and the town do their best to keep the beaches as clean as possible, this can affect your ability to enjoy the beach and the ocean, so it is important to make yourself aware of the current situation before booking. We cannot process any refunds due to this issue.
- The central location of this property gives you access to the best that downtown Playa del Carmen has to offer. Due to its location next to restaurants and bars, you could experience some noise at this location. We do not offer refunds for noise issues. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
