Perfect base for a Venice visit!

Fabiana was a perfect hostess meeting us at the boat from the airport and quickly getting us settled. The apartment was spacious and VERY clean. Well appointed with all the amenities we could desire. Excellent location for exploring Venice, while still being able to have privacy. It can be a bit noisy until around midnight, but nothing excessive and certainly no worse than other locations in Venice. Overall amazing experience and look forward to our next stay!

Great location close to everything you need.

The apartment was in a fabulous lively location right next to the Rialto bridge. Fabiana was a great host, she even came and collected us from the river taxi. I would definitely go there again.

Incredibly well equipped and super clean apartment in Wonderful location

This is the best equipped and cleanest apartment we have ever rented! Fabiana emailed us very clear instructions on ways to get from the airport to where she would meet us at Rialto; she met us at the vaporetto stop and led us to her quiet location just steps away from Rialto. She really cares that you have a wonderful time and even left us some snacks and loads of info on Venice . There are many restaurants and grocery stores close by. We will definitely stay here on future visits to Venice! Thanks for everything, Fabiana! We had a wonderful time!! Eric & Susie

Un superbe séjour à Venise!

Un superbe séjour Vénitien, accueilli par une propriétaire très gentille. Pleins de petits biscuits, mini-jus d'orange, confitures nous attendaient pour notre petit déjeuner. Appartement bien équipés, climatisé et calme tout en étant très bien situés tout prés du pont Rialto! De nombreuses explications sur les commerces, restaurants ou autre. A refaire!

Ideal for our city break

We were met at the vaporetto stop by Fabiana who was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, from enquiry to booking and arrival. The apartment is in a quiet part of the Rialto area and is very central for anything you wish to do in Venice. The apartment itself is bright, clean, spacious, well maintained, modern and well equipped. Fabiana had obviously put a lot of thought into making the stay here as easy and as comfortable as possible. The wifi in the flat was a great help and much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again when we next visit Venice.

Nice apartment & very clean & fully furnished

Very well situated in the center of venice, near rialto bridge the apartament is tidy & great, and everything ok as new. It is really confortable for two people, and the owner has taken care of all possible details: in the kitchen (even breakfast ready for one/two days!), bathroom , dining room and bedroom Fully recomendable !

Hemos estado como en casa, la propiedad muy atenta a nuestra llegada . El apartamento limpio, confortable, acogedor y muy bien ubicado. "El apartamento es agradable, muy bien organizado y nuevo acorde a las fotografías. Está muy bien situado en pleno centro de Venecia entre un laberinto de calles y una plaza cerca del puente Rialto. "La propriétaire Fabiana est une personne qui a un sens de l'hospitalité exceptionnel. Nous avons fait beaucoup de locations et à ce jour nous ne pouvons que recommander sans aucune réserve cet appartement. Tout y est fait pour que le séjour des visiteurs soit parfait. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, très propre, très bien équipé et la literie très confortable. La situation est idéale et cependant très calme : dans une petite cours, situé au deuxième étage et très lumineux. Fabiana étant absente, nous avons été accueilli par Matteo son fils et son amie qui nous ont donné tous les renseignements dont nous avions besoin avec la plus grande gentillesse. Location a recommander en priorité !"
