Place is cute and nice, but had to kill a couple cockroaches, the pool alarm going from the front door inside the house didn’t work every time we tried so the alarm kept going off everytime we walked into the rental. No pan to cook breakfast or food on so we had to buy our own. Turned on the oven for the first time and it wasn’t cleaned so something was burning on the bottom and set off the fire alarm multiple times.

Very close to neighbors, but the entire area is the same. Smaller than it appears online, but very comfortable. Perfect location for access to beach and town square.

Anniversary getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Roger's cottage, it was in the perfect location. Our only complaint was the east facing window that let the sun shine right into your face in the morning and the coffee pot that needs to be replaced.
VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2022 年 5 月 27 日)
We very much appreciate your business, and your feedback. The coffee pot has since been replaced, but there's not much I can do about the beautiful Florida sun! We hope you had a great couple of days while you were here and that you thoroughly enjoyed your time at Roger's Carriage House! Please let us know if we can be of any assistance in the future, and we hope to accommodate you again!

We loved everything about this cottage except the upstairs windows overlooking the bedroom. No curtains to shut out the early morning sun at 6 am.
