A very nice apartment in the centre of Venice

We have spent already three times pentecost in this apartment in order to take part in the Vogalonga. It is perfect for two persons, the equipment is adequate and fully sufficient for a short stay. It is situated near the Rialto bridge and ideal for excursions into the centre of Venice and to the surrounding islands in the laguna. The contact with the owner has been always without any problems!

Cute apartment in central location

Lovely little apartment very close to the Rialto bridge. Peaceful and comfortable, the window/rooflights look out over the local rooftops. Although very central, it felt like a welcome oasis amongst the bustle of the tourists. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay and was nicely furnished in the Venetian style. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for the two of us. You can see that the beams are very low in a lot of the apartment, but we just moved carefully. My husband is 6'4, but he managed. It's worth noting that the steps to the apartment from the street are extremely steep, and in places have no handrail, but again, it didn't bother us. We had a great stay.

Sehr schöne, zentrale, sehr ruhige Dachwohnung

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApps und per Telefon war ganz unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Alle nötigen Informationen lagen in einem Ordner vor. Schade, dass die Gaszuleitung zu den beiden Gasbrennern nicht funktionierte. Dadurch standen nur 2 Elektrokochplatten zur Verfügung. Wir kochen sehr gern, und der nahe gelegene Rialto Markt hat ein verführerisches Angebot. Wir sind natürlich trotzdem auf unsere Kosten gekommen. - Ein kleines Problem mit dem Öffnen der Wohnungstür ließ sich lösen und ist behoben. - Sehr gut geeignet für 2 Personen, denen 72 Treppenstufen nichts ausmachen und die mit Dachschrägen umgehen können.

L'appartamento è molto armonioso, confortevole e luminoso, arredato con gusto e piacevolmente curato nei dettagli. Perfetto per un soggiorno in coppia. Silenzioso nonostante la sua posizione ultra-strategica a due passi del ponte del Rialto. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Ideale ruhige Lage

Ideal f. Ausflüge/Besichtigung/Nachtleben etc. mit Vaporetto und zu Fuß. Appartment trotz Dachschräge für uns als relativ kleine Personen bestens geeignet. Zwar keine Aussicht aus Fenstern, aber hell & ruhig. Preis-/Leistung top! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Nette kleine Dachwohnung, mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet. Sehr sauber, zentral gelegen. Gleich neben Rialtobrücke. Check in, und Check Out mit Francesco war unkompliziert. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfect for us

My daughter and I stayed for a week in this lovely apartment in the heart of Venice. It had everything we needed and was close to everything . Francisco was so good to meet us and carry our luggage etc. The price was very reasonable If you have trouble with stairs this place is not for you because there are many stairs to climb to get up to the apartment . We enjoyed the stairs and it gave us good exercise . We loved everything about Venice .

'Authentic' Location

The location of this apartment is perfect. It is in the alley outside a busy area near the Rialto bridge but when inside the apartment it is quiet and peaceful.

Central location but quiet

The apartment was exactly what we wanted. A couple of minutes from Rialto bridge but very quiet. There are a few steps up but it is on the top floor so expected. Francesco was accommodating and communicated with us quickly and efficiently. The place is ideal for a couple staying a few days in beautiful Venice. Recommended.

Nice property but no views at all, washing machine didn't work and we had been away for two weeks already and was looking forward to getting some washing done, 71 steps was a bit much to do every day especially when you had been out all day.

Venice center apt

My wife and I stayed three nights and we could not be more satisfied. Francesco was very responsive and helpful. The apt works well for seeing all of Venice just a 2 minute short walk to the Rialto bridge and the vaporetto yet on a side street that is very quiet. One thing to note this apt is on the fourth floor so there are lots of stairs.

Con la verdad , se superan los inconvenientes.

Se esta evitando dar una información REAL , sobre el problema de accesibilidad que presenta el Apartamento. Es un ático que esta en un 4º piso. La escalera tiene tramos muy largos , esta en Pendiente, como de 60º , resulta peligrosa , con peldaños cortos y resbaladizos. Puedes accidentarte. El registro de entrada era a las 15. hrs y dos días antes del viaje, me lo cambio para las 16 horas, creándome ansiedad. El motivo: falta de limpieza del mismo. Presentaba una gotera al final de la escalera , por avería en la tubería del aire. Puso un recipiente plástico que me tocaba vaciar diariamente. o se hacia mas peligrosa. La ducha muy pequeña, no te puedes mover. Pero lo que tiene que mirar, es como agranda los peldaños de la escalera ; cualquier inquilino puede tener un accidente grave. Recuerda que nos cobran todos los impuestos que se exige en Venezia con su iva . También pagamos una fianza. que nos reembolsaran. Creo, deberíamos tener seguridad y tranquilidad al alojarnos. Francisco fue correcto . pero hay cosas mas importantes que debería tener en cuenta. Suerte , que te arreglen bien esa avería .

Going with order: I have a job. Check-in was moved an hour because it was not possible for me and the cleaner to arrange the apartment in time for 15 also because it was occupied until morning. however I have always been in contact with you both before and during your stay. The air conditioner suffered a leak which was repaired as soon as possible by the plumber. It was me with great honesty who told you right away that there was a problem with condensation. and anyway having another working conditioner the problem was less. Venice is an old city and it is not easy to find buildings with elevators or large staircases, and I cannot destroy the building according to your needs or move the apartment on the ground floor! Next time I suggest you read the description of the apartment you choose because it will be important for you to have an idea before you leave, because the announcement and reviews clearly state that the apartment is on the fourth floor. Many other people even older than you have not complained about this. Thank you

Perfect location to stay in Venice

From booking the property from the outset the owner has been fantastic and been in communication regarding our visit. He met us on time on our arrival and was very accommodating. The apartment is fantastically located in the San Polo area which is a great place to explore Venice in the day and plenty of restaurants within walking distance in the evening. We will definitely stay again and also recommend this apartment to friends and family.

PERFECT Location!

To start it was very helpful to have Francesco meet us at the water taxi stop and show us to the apartment and offer a few recommendations around the area. As other reviews have stated there is quiet a hike up the stairs to the apartment, so as long as you are comfortable with that you will enjoy the apartment. We liked how it was so centrally located and with all we walked we could get back to the apartment easy.
